Called the store today at 11 this morning. I asked if they had a certain video game and was told that they think they have it but they will have to look. Ok that's fine. Then they tell me they will call me back. I thought this was strange, as they could have easily looked and told me. I offered to call them back instead. Was told no, they will call me back, and that was the end of that call. Its now 1:30 in the afternoon and I still haven't received my call back. I decided to call myself. Went here for installation based on reviews and price…wish I went somewhere else. REAR speakers were hooked up to the FRONT….and FRONT hooked up to REAR…..THEN found that RIGHT AND LEFT were hooked up backwards too! Brian said there’s a lifetime warranty on labor…NO WAY I trust them to touch my car again. On top of that I’m still finding leftover junk like wiring and tools they left in my car….a customer’s car should not be returned to them WORSE than when they dropped it off. Brian seems like a decent guy…my problem is with the work they did…nothing personal. Giving 2 stars since amp hasn’t caught...

A nice guy but over pricing on all music equipment in store be sure to check around before purchasing I had the worst experience hooking up music and music sound horrible rite now I payed 500 dollars for 2 15s and a box when online was half the price same equipment...I also brought a alarm system for 300 and he charged 280 to install music...I seen it wasn’t right so then I took my car too wet audios and a few other audio places that all said it was hook up totally wrong and he still didn’t wanna reimburse me or do the job rite...WILL BE TAKING...
