Gender Road Towne Centre — Local services in Columbus

It is a decently stocked kroger, and recently they have gotten a liquor store placed. But they are always messing up my pickup orders. Items will be missing or incorrect, quantities wont be right and it is such a pain to have to constantly fix their screw ups. They even completely forgot my order and told me I would have to come back in 2 hrs to get the stuff. 10 items was all that is on the order and no one else was in the pick up area at all. In fact hardly anyone ever goes to pickup, probably because they mess it up so bad. One employee didn't even know how to open the door to the back of my Jeep. Very incompetent with...

I ordered a grill, and the grill is fine. But when I initially bought it, they told me that they would put it together and then deliver it to my house. I get a call the day before they're supposed to deliver it and they tell me they don't know what happened, but they didn't put the grill together. Then they also tell me they don't know when the people who will put the grill together will be able to put it together. So I told them to just deliver it, and I wasted a bunch of time in 90° weather putting the grill together. I don't mind doing that, but if I knew they weren't going to put it together, I would have taken it...

This Krogers location without a doubt has to be the worse I ever shopped at. Customers not friendly, disgruntled employees, management comes and go. Always and issue with loud customers, shoplifting. Solicitors out in the parking lot. Very few customers return there shopping cart, the lot full of them. Not safe. The amount of good employees I've encountered I can count on one hand.
