Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I've not had a positive experience with this location. Most recently I ordered online; they called me to demand more money saying I needed to pay extra if I wanted cheese on my pizza as its not included. That needs fixed either at the website level if true or at the location if not. Either way the guy was extremely rude so I asked for the manager who was rude, backed the first guy, and refused to identify himself. After hanging up on me the manager called to see if I still wanted my food. I clearly said yes. A half hour after our delivery time, I called and was told they canceled my order. Especially since I had six kids who were quite hungry and thus cranky I was quite ticked. I contacted corporate via their website but go no response. I then filed a BBB complaint and have received no response. I always considered Donatos a company with good customer service so I was very disappointed that they ignored me. We still go to the location on Hill Rd but if we have problems there I'm assuming corporate will again ignore me so I'll probably give up...

I love donatos pizza but this store JUST THIS STORE has the worst staff ever I ordered my food at 4:30pm and was very understanding knowing that it’s Christmas Eve and the roads are bad I had to reach out to the store several times just to see where my food was at 5:40pm STILL NO FOOD!! I called back at 6:50 to see if my food was still coming one of the employees answered told me they were closed and hung up on me not once but 3 times, I call back a rude nasty lady answers and tells me I need to calm down and hung up on me! I call back just wanting to know where my food is because my two toddlers are ready to eat some lady answers the phone and didn’t know where my order was I asked for a refund they told me they can’t give me my money back but a store credit! I’ll will never come back to this donatos nor will I recommend it hope you...

This place is too hit and miss for the money. Sometimes you get a great crust and your special instructions are followed. Other times they just slop it together and push it out the door. It's doughy with extra sauce instead of light sauce as we ALWAYS order. After five years of business last nights slop was our last. Sad part is I knew it was gonna be trash because my 5 things said only 20 minutes to make. I wish they would just take the time to do it right. Instead they rush to make more but that cost them a long time customer. I will NOT order here again. Gonna try the one down by Walmart and Kroger in Canal Winchester.

Tip: don't ask for them to fix a mistake. It will be slopped together worse than the original order. I don't even bother to complain. I'm just gonna find a different place to order from.
