I’ve been going to Heather for a few years. I used to dread getting haircuts and I would go 1-2 years between cuts; I don’t feel nervous with Heather and she does a great job every time. She’s super friendly, makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and listens to what I want. Just a warning, on her website she only highlights her 5 star reviews, which explains a lot. I had a botched haircut from her, wrote a review and it is magically gone. Thats not the purpose of having reviews if you only highlight the good experiences. It should be all experiences.
