Pizza Pizza 007 — Restaurant in Columbus

Listen up, fellow food operatives. I just returned froma top-sercet mission to Pizza Pizza 007.

I had low expectations... What I got was a culinary interrogation of my taste buds! That cheese pizza? Hot, tasty, and more comforting than your mom texting you "You're doing great sweetie." The crust had just the right amount of chew - like it went to college but still knows how to party.

And the hot wings? OH THE WINGS. Spicy enough to make you question your life choices, but so delicious you'll get them again. Each bite had me sweating like I was defusing a bomb, but the satisfaction of someone who'd just saved the world... or at least dinner.

The staff were friendlier than a golden retriever on espresso, and the vibe? Casual, cool, and suspiciously like the lair of a pizza-loving secert agent. Plain in the waiting area and mysteries in the back.

I don't know what's in the sauce - love? Calssified spices? Traces of state secerts? - but I'm addicted.

Mission Report: Will eat again. and again. and again until I have to be rolled out like a cheese wheel.

Fantastic hand-tossed pizza. Always baked to perfection, always piping hot when I go pick it up. Tangy sauce, bubbly mozzarella, crispy exterior crust with pillow-y soft dough on the inside.

The Gyro is also great, fresh crispy lettuce, perfectly spiced gyro meat, tasty dressing, in a delightful pita shell.

Service is always great, and not that I’m up this late anymore but open til 4am is everything Clintonville has been waiting for. I think this spot is one of the last things Clintonville has been missing in their food scene. Yes there is good pizza in the area, Harvest, and Fibonacci to be specific. But every once in a while you want a pie with no frills, no instagram influencers, just badass pizza that is consistent and...

If I can rate this -5 star I would. I have never seen anybody treat an only employee so terrible. I ordered 3 subs a couple of weeks ago, the poor lady mentioned that she wanted to work to cook, and I see the owner bossing her around and trying to treat her like a slave. Hopefully she got out of that place. She deserves SO much better. I tried to apply for a job and I even called, and I was told that no men were going to be hired. He refuses to hire men, he just hires women. Now that is just sick. I hope the health department also knows that he smokes his cigarettes in the shop too. The smell makes me sick and not want to order...
