I had been visiting your store for the past week every day for breakfast and every time I order bacon/cheese omelet and strawberry Greek yogurt, however, I hope every time to have the egg white/spinach omelet with no luck. This morning at approximately 7:45 am and 8 am, I was assisted by a nice young woman over the drive thru. When she mentioned that they have not have the egg white omelet yet, I made a comment as of me coming to this store hoping to have this omelet but no luck so far and immediately a male voice and very defensive commented that they don't have it. Then he took over taking the order. I asked for any healthy options on the menu, his response in a very sarcastic way was, " the menu is in front of you". Then I ordered Greek yogurt, oatmeal, his response, "we don't have it". He apologized for not having all these items. Then I took a second to check the menu again and his attitude completely changed afterwards, he became short patient and it was obvious he wanted me to just finished. His tone of voice became sarcastic and he was definitely frustrated. When I came to the window to pay, I asked the person in front to please ask him to speak with me. His response was that he was making my sandwich (which I ended up ordering along with the bacon/cheese omelet) and he was busy. I asked for his name and position: His name is Jessie (possibly) and his position is the store manager. My complaint today is not about the missing items on the menu, it is about this manager's lack of customer service, sarcasm and bad attitude. Not only that, but the lack of importance he gave when he was requested to speak with a customer. I did not have any intentions to complain, but to let him know that I like Tim Horton's breakfast and will keep coming. I understood he was busy since the store had a lot of customers, but he did not want to take a second to speak with me. I strongly suggest to educate your employee more about management skills, how to work professionally under stress and time management along with customer service. These topics are to consider to become successful in business and professionally overall. I found disrespectful that the store manager as the highest pier and being the example on your store is setting up this type of customer skills and behavior as OK for the rest of his employees. I witnessed all employees smiling in a sarcastic way making a customer very uncomfortable. It is not good for business!!! In addition to this experience, the breakfast sandwich made by the own manager was terrible, the waffles were burnt and the eggs were under-cooked which it is not safe and can potentially bring...
Read moreIf I could give this location negative stars I would. I've been coming here at least twice a week for a year (the ONLY reason I continue too is because its the only place any where near on my way to work) and in that year it's only gotten worse.
First off, they always charge me incorrectly, then argue with me about it. I order the exact same thing every single time I go and sometimes its $3.49 and some times its $5.86. It all depends on who is working the register.
Second, its rare that when I get my order its actually right. I don't understand what is so hard about an English muffin with cheese and bacon but apparently its very difficult to make. The English muffin doesn't even seem to be cooked/toasted at all. It's like they just take it out of the package and serve. I specifically ask for it to be toasted but normally have to toss it in the microwave when I get to work just to be able to eat it.
Calling and complaining to management does NOTHING. They are worse than the employees you call to complain about. They are always out of something (donuts, bagels, pop) and are usually very rude about it. The only thing I can say that's "good" about this place is you don't sit in line very long, but that is mostly because they are just throwing together an order and getting you out of the line without the food actually being edible or what you ordered.
Not to mention for some reason their prices seem to be more than other Tim's. So you're paying more for horrible...
Read moreAfter my experience this morning and the last few times I've visited this location, I felt I needed to leave a review. I used to enjoy coming here, as Tim Hortons is my favorite coffee and several employees went out of their way to be kind and at the very least, smile at their customers. In the past few years, I haven't seen those smiling faces anymore, but instead am greeted with blank stares, no smile and LITERALLY no words being communicated. There is one employee in particular at issue. I won't go into describing them here or calling them out as the main problem--because if there's an issue with him, its with the whole staff from the bottom to the top. The gentleman who works very early in the morning gives not a smile, not a word of "Hello", "Thanks for your order", "your total is..." ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I reflected on whether he was special needs, but the fact that he doesn't even smile makes me think otherwise, but I do acknowledge I could be wrong. This person is often the first person people see on their daily commute to work, so I wanted to leave this review warning people that unless you want your day ruined by someone who clearly hates their job and feels better by disrespecting others and making them feel like they don't even deserve to be spoken to on a human level, let alone as a PAYING CUSTOMER....go...
