I am a frequent customer of this store and I always like to stop by to buy something to eat because I love subway, this day was the exception, the guy who was attending me did not listen to me well when I asked him for the topins of my order and I understand that he put on nervous, so I told him to listen to me since he was feeling me. giving the wrong ingredients so that I could continue with my order since there were three different ones, at that moment the manager presented herself in an arrogant and despotic manner to finish my order and looked for any argument to enter into a discussion with my person, I only asked her name and I throw the story. Since I was the manager first, I don't care who it is. I ask for my food because I'm allergic to certain ingredients. but she does not understand that not knowing how to treat a client is arrogant and this has been the worst experience ever. in this store more with this person. rather because of the indifferent treatment he gave me, I felt discriminated against for being Hispanic, a person should not call myself a manager, it is a shame...
Read moreI asked for a footlong tuna she said “there is no more.” I’m thinking no more in the store so I order something else, that was made with the most unhappy attitude and monotone voice as if I was bothering her by even being there. Then another customer walks in before my sub is finished and she wanted tuna as well. Another young girl came from the back to help her and said “im not making more tuna, I don’t even wanna be here today.” So I was thinking they’re totally out of tuna in the store but they’re just being lazy and don’t want to do their job!! The girl that’s making my sub said to the girl that said she’s not making anymore, “we still don’t close until 9:00pm, it’s only 5:00pm.” The other girl said “so, I told you, I don’t even wanna be here today. Read moreI phad a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I came in with a valid coupon that doesn’t expire until August 9th. When I tried to use it, the employee told me it was “no good.” I asked for a manager, and she rudely said, “We don’t have a tab for that,” then just walked away without offering any help or explanation.
I told them to cancel my order and left the store. I went to another Subway location right after, used the exact same coupon, and had no problem at all—they accepted it without hesitation.
If this location isn’t going to honor Subway’s own coupons, they should at least treat customers with respect and explain things properly. I won’t be returning...
