Proper Social Hair Col. — Local services in Columbus

I had a very topsy turvy experience in this salon. I found Natalie on the Facebook marketplace offering half off for new customers. Since I'm still trying to find the stylist of my dreams in Columbus I thought this was a good opportunity. I had an ombre and the ends were very bleach blonde, I just wanted the look refreshed, a but darkened and a trim. Natalie was a bit late for our appointment. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and we had a very difficult time understand each other. To her credit she did try to make several new plans. Eventually Tasha came over to help us both and it's a good thing she did because I was about to leave. We all decided on a semi permanent gloss. I've never had that done before so I asked a lot of questions. One specific question I had was how long it lasts, I was told 4-6 MONTHS. I left satisfied with both the color and cut. So imagine my surprise when 2.5 weeks later it was nearly completely faded. I contacted Natalie and explained my frustrations. She then said it should last that many weeks not months so I must of misunderstood. That is simply not possible as I would not have wasted my time or money on something so fleeting. This whole scenario has left me pretty disappointed, I had really thought I finally found a stylist I could return to but alas I have not. The salon is cute with nice extras like a selfie wall and light. Tasha very much seems to know what she's doing but Natalie clearly needs more customer service instruction. Sad I won't...

Tasha was amazing. Since I've relocated to Columbus, it has been hard to find a salon that I want to go back to. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, everyone in the salon was friendly and they provided 5 star service. I am so happy that I found this place. Tasha did a full hightlight and trim, and there is not one thing I would change. She even styled my hair with curls at no additional cost, and a lot of salons charge for a blow dry. I am going to start trying other services at this salon because the prices are also unbeatable. She mentioned that the esthetician uses mermaid wax---something I've never heard of before! I guess it is high quality wax with glitter in it, which just sounds awesome for a Brazilian! In addition, being a former fusion extension customer in Chicago, I told myself I would never get extensions again because of the damage it did to my hair. However, I'm 100% getting the extensions she described in the salon. Overall, I'm very happy that I got my hair done by Tasha at her salon. The salon is really pretty too-- stunning/ sparkly chandeliers and boho decor. The place is impressive, and the entire staff...

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Brianna, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She gave me stunning cool tone, blonde highlights and a blunt bob cut. Brianna was incredibly meticulous, taking her time to ensure every detail was just right. Throughout the process, she continuously checked in to see how I was feeling and if I was happy with how things were progressing.

Beyond her skills as a stylist, Brianna was also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Our conversation flowed naturally, and she even provided me with some great tips about the surrounding area, which was so helpful since I'm visiting Columbus for work.
