Idk why there was no one there at my 6pm CPR/AED class that I registered for and the door was locked, shut, and lights off. Super professional 👍🏽. I was 30 min early just to make sure I wasn’t late. And just so everyone knows I’m not lying, I attached pictures. What a goofy experience just waiting around for someone to open a locked door. I’m guessing the company’s response to this will be, oh well you didn’t finish paying. Well I registered through AHA and after I registered it said I needed instructor approval and didn’t ask for payment. So I had to assume that I could pay there since Rapid Response Trainings doesn’t pick up their damn phone. Oh but you can email them, and then they can inform you that they are teaching a class nearby in another building NOT EVEN LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE GO FIGURE. What a waste of time…DO NOT REGISTER HERE Update: If you want to register for a CPR class and not face the possibility of this you should visit CPR Schoolhouse in Westerville. They are significantly better at responding to questions and concerns and won’t leave you SOL Update #2: If you haven’t put together yet how poor this company’s PR end of things are, instead of actually working with their customers and trying to do good business practices and find how to do better, they shade the customers and inspect every detail they can to make it seem like they had no hand in the errors that occurred. These guys are A+ at blame shifting. You can decide whether or not you want to give them your business, but go check every one of their responses to people who had bad experiences and they speak for themselves. They do not have good business sense whatsoever.

Background: 8 Years of experience as a U.S. Army Medic with EMT-Basic and BLS.

Signed up for ACLS Initial certification months in advance of the start date. I was contacted the day before the course (by text message) asking for my credentials and certifications. I immediately responded by text and no response was returned. A few hours later, the same question was asked and I responded immediately once again. The next morning upon reporting to class, I was greeted with rude accusations of not responding to the texts and that I would be removed from the class as "they do not train EMT-Basics". That is not an AHA mandate, nor is this information ANYWHERE on their website. Otherwise, I would not have signed up with Rapid Response.

The instructor (female, unsure of name) was extremely rude about the entire encounter and continuously accused me of not providing the necessary information when she contacted me. The entire situation was embarrassing in the way she presented herself and her aggression directed towards me. Again, if the companies policy is not to train EMT-B, than this information needs to be presented on the website to prevent students from A.) paying for this class and B.) dedicating time out of their schedule just to be turned away.

Be advised - this company's communication is poor and their idea of proper communication to their customers is to text them the day before and them accuse them of not responding. Here is an idea - use e-mail like most...

I was scheduled for the skills only acls recertification. I went in 2 minutes before the appointment but left the certificate in my car. I was rushed out in a rude and disrespectful way back to the lobby. The person was shouting at how busy they are. She refused to let me retrieve it from my car. I even offered to get the skills training and to only get the card after I came back with the certificate but she was unreasonable enough to refuse this. She seemed to have been offended that a few days ago I requested to do the BLS and ACLS at the same time. This is done by pretty much every center. As I was in a time constraint, I texted them again from the lobby with the certificate. The text has a time stamp showing this is 4 minutes after the course start time. A few minutes later she came back with someone else and continued in the same rude and disrespectful manner. I can unequivocally state, with no exaggeration whatsoever, that I have never been treated so horribly as a customer in my entire life. They really, really should be ashamed of themselves. There is simply no excuse whatsoever for their behavior. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. If they are too busy for even basic customer service they dont deserve any customers. There are plenty of...
