Casa Di Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

This is a long review... more about the delivery service than the restaurant.

My experience ordering from this restaurant for the 1st time has been a frustrating one. The food was good enough so I may return the next time I'm in the area but I will not have it delivered. I've never had any issues using Slice before, so this was unexpected & upsetting. 1st, the driver didn't follow my delivery instructions, so he ended up at the wrong door. He was escorted to me where I got the food & he received his tip & left. 2nd, I checked the bags to realize there were items missing. I called Slice, who said they reached out to the restaurant & the driver would return to bring my missing items. 3rd, After waiting over an hour, I called back & told the rep to just refund my missing items since I had to leave & couldn't wait any longer. I was put on hold by Slice to call the restaurant anyway to check on the driver. 4th, the rep came back to tell me the order was refunded earlier after my 1st call over an hour ago. At this point, I'm really frustrated because I've been sitting at this repair shop waiting for over an hour after my service was complete & Slice didn't have the decency to tell me the driver wasn't coming. 5th, I express my irritation to the rep whose only response was, "Sorry.". Well, that sucks because I'm now missing an hour of my day waiting for no reason, missing cheesecake, as well as missing dressing to go with the 2 salads I ordered. On top of all of that, this driver keeps his tip. My order was over $50, Slice customer service was seriously lacking, but I can say at least the restaurant followed my instruction for changes to the meal so that's the reason the score is not lower. If Slice cannot do better with deliveries this restaurant should look into their own...

I live around the block from here and have always liked their pizza. But unfortunately the last 2 times I've been I ask for extra sauce and they charge us for it but then it's not on it. Not such a big deal but this time we mentioned this so that hopefully this time we would get it. But this time when I went to get my pizza ($20) it was luke warm, extremely thin crust, and no extra sauce. The pizza looked like a mess up from an hour ago that they just resold to me. Very disappointed. I heard they changed managment last year and at first it was still good but unfortunately has declined since. Makes me sad because it was the only pizza close to me that I though had...

This place has went down hill with the new owners. It is very hard to communicate & order food due to the language barrier. My last time I ordered chicken fingers I bit into raw chicken. (see pictures) Then when I took the raw chicken back to the restaurant to get my money back the fellow making the sandwiches wasn't wearing gloves. I was already grossed out because of the raw chicken and then to see that gloves weren't being worn was the cherry on top. They are a popular place but be cautious when ordering chicken strips. (or any chicken for that matter.) And just know that if you order a sub it is getting touched with...
