I went into you Columbus GA. Store on the 25th of November looking for a power recliner lift chair my daughter and I were greeted at the door by a salesperson I believe her name was Juanita. She saw I was using a walker and opened the door with a smile a asked jow we were doing today. She then asked what we were looking go and we said that we were looking for apower recliner. She then showed us what you guys had and explained the delivery charges and that the chair I chose had a warranty that came with it and the cost of that warranty.,which I also purchased. When the delivery persons showed up on time in Monday they were very courteous. The char that I purchased did not quite fit in the space where the other chair was so I asked my daughter to move the couch so they could put the chair in that spot. As she started to move the couch Joshua stated "miss Denise don't worry bout it I can move it for you. They also took all the material that was covering the chair out with them and also took the old chair out to the curb for pickup. I will be returning to your facility when in need of new furniture. I purchased two mattresses from Railway Freight Furniture and my experience was nothing short of amazing! My daughter and I were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we enter the door. We stopped in about 15 minutes before closing but Jennifer allowed us time to test out mattresses without ever rushing us to leave the store. She was very helpful by listening to our needs and was respectful of our budget. She never pressured us into buying something that we weren't sure about purchasing. In fact, she encouraged us to think about it first and purchase at a later date. I appreciate everything Jennifer and her staff did for us. Everyone was professional and not once did I feel pressured to buy something. I truly felt that everyone had our best interests at heart. Even the delivery guys were kind, respectful, and professional when they delivered the mattresses. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was at Railway Freight Furniture. I highly recommend anyone needing furniture to stop by Railway Freight Furniture first. I will definitely be a repeat customer! The prices are great and the friendly customer service...

If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased what we thought was a new mattress and box spring set. The items were loaded for us, so it is partially my fault for not looking at what was being put in our vehicle, I reached out to the store and let them know that what we got was dirty and not what we purchased. I was told that it was a refurbished mattress and then accused of being the one to get it dirty. Mind you, we had not touched the mattress out of the plastic. ( I have photos) The manager with the poor attitude offered to exchange it, but this is not convenient considering the distance we live from this store. I am unable to just load up a mattress and just take it back because they were misleading about what they sold us and not even concerned about an upset customer. They must get away with it all the time. They claim to be family oriented, but have you seen behind this place they throw away furniture that could be donated. I guess because they make enough money off of people selling "refurbished" mattresses and not informing them prior...
