Went in today with the family to try it for Cinco de Mayo it wasn't overly packed, we got seated right away and that's when the trouble started, took over 45 mins to even get menu's then another 10mins to even get asked what we wanted to drink. Now granted we walked in a 5:45. Now going on 7:15 only one persons food at our table showed up and the rest got told we'd still have another 10-15 minute wait for our food, so we all just got everything to go at that point and it still didnt come out right had to still send stuff back again, got home to finally eat and it was just bland honestly, not worth the wait nor the cost. They had a dj today also, had the music so loud you couldn't even have a conversation, would think you were at a club with how loud it was, asked the waiter if they could turn it down and they turned it up louder and she got an attitude with us after asking. Wasn't till after asking for the manager that he finally turned it down some but still loud enough to be considered a club environment. Most definitely will...

UPDATE: this place is still awesome! We went for dinner and we loved the food. The margaritas and cantarito is AMAZING. We are regulars here and we will continue to come because we love it. Its also family friendly. This time they had the flan which was just as delicious as i remember. I highly recommend this place. Im not one to gatekeep so if yall want excellent drinks and good food, this is the place.

Had a great experience here. What we loved: tacos!!! I had fish, carne asada and el pastor. Absolutely lovely. The soft tortilla was very nice and there was PLENTY of meat. carne asada plate - meat was flavorful. Meal was sizzling hot and perfect. The tortillas tasted like they were home made . salsa was amazing too

For desert - the BEST flan we have ever had! The service was also very good.

The only con was my margarita... the rim of tajin wasn't done very well and it tasted watered down.

Other than that - a lovely experience. It's also great that they have plenty of seating and parking.

What a terrific local gem this has turned out to be for our family! Stopped in on a whim thanks to a Facebook post, and now we've tried to come back every week for the last few months. Not sure where to start for the food, because we are trying something new each time and we have never left being anything other than impressed! Some of our favorites include the carnitas, alambres, chile relleno, carne asada, and quesabirria... But we've absolutely loved everything we've tried. Edgar is terrific, and has made it a point to stop and chat with us each time we've been in, regardless how busy they are. The rest of the staff is incredible, and has left an impression on us.
