I usually have really great haircuts from Studio Posh Campus. Studio Posh in general is a really neat environment and very relaxing. Went to Studio Posh Grandview for the first time ever today. I was hoping to get my hair cleaned up for pride. I could tell this guy was super nervous I’ve never had someone so shaky when trying to trim a line in my head. He ended up bringing my hairline up was too high on both sides. It looked like I was wearing a toupee and none of the sides were faded. I could tell in the mirror that there was no saving it. I love Studio Posh! It is a hidden gem of Columbus, Ohio. I’ve been going there for years. Junite is amazing!!!! He makes me feel super comfortable, my hairstyle/color always comes out the way I want it, and he does a superb job at shaping my brows!! My husband also gets his hair done by Junite and his hair always turns out so good! Called to get details on the phone about services offered at the Grandview Location. A guy answered and was so rude, short and seemed irritated for no reason, as though it was such an inconvience for him to talk to me on the phone. He was extremely unpleasant and irritated by my three questions I asked. Clearly didn’t want to be bothered with my inquiry. I’ve never had services done here but, being in Customer Service myself for the past 14 years, I know sometimes days get crazy but there is a way to talk to people and a way not to talk to people.
