Ordered a custom piece from the store. Upon delivery, noticed that it was the wrong color and called to tell them. I simply stated that I had received the wrong couch. Before I could say why it was, the associate immediately said, "Nope, it's the right one." After asking to continue, I told the associate it was the wrong color. When I had called in to order, I asked that it be modeled after one on the floor, specifically saying "the blue couch." They ordered a charcoal couch. They claim that the floor model was, in fact, charcoal. The owner came out to view the piece, and was INCONCEIVABLY rude, accused me of being color blind, called me ridiculous, and eventually told the associate that tagged along that they were just leaving before coming to any resolution. The associate eventually offered up taking the piece back, for a restocking fee of 25%. So in order to get the right couch, I will have to pay them an extra 4-500 dollars? This location is a distribution center/warehouse and there are constant semi trucks racing up and down Holly which is a very much a pedestrian right away and they always caused traffic back ups with semi’s backing up and unloading at the intersection of Third and Holly. Read moreThis has been the worst experience. I've been waiting for a table for almost a year now. Now that it is at its "final mile" the delivery provider is not responsive to schedule the delivery. I feel like I have had to play the middle man between Trove, Zenith and now a new company Professional Movers in order to get any answers about where my table is. We've been so patient waiting for this table, getting so frustrated every time they say its delayed another month and management has not provided any credit or discount for our troubles.
