Its a huge facility and its filled with any & every piece of equipment you could ask for - they even have equipment for the type of progressive training professional athletes practice now days for speed, agility, and a more balanced strength training using items such as battle ropes. Arena Fitness is a great gym! I really appreciate the cleanliness, and variety of the equipment and services. Monthly memberships are very reasonable, and so are the guest day passes. I also appreciate the different classes they offer, and the fact that they have an on-site personal trainer through Toned Warrior, who is very friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the kind of gym you would expect in a larger city. Great local small business in Colville....
