Do not go to this smoke shop. Dude rushed me through setting up my vape. I was trying to follow the instructions so I didn't dry hit it. And the dude got irate that was taking too long to follow the instructions. Made me hit the vape dry, 23 dollars down the drain. Then, when I told him about himself he said he was going to call the cops.

Guy just wants to make top dollar for his stuff as fast as possible. Doesn't want to explain anything or let you know what's the best selling...nothing. pick what you want. Pay for it. Get out.

If you buy a Vibez disposable vape, the top rubber thing has to be removed. The tape along the sides has to be removed, and the plastic ring has to be removed or else you will dry hit the cotton which ruins the flavor for the life of the vape.

If I wasn't being rushed to make sure the vape was not faulty, this wouldn't have happened. He said, "just hit it so I know it works."

Disposable vapes, faulty or not can be returned to most manufacturers and swapped out. But if the owner isn't willing to provide customer service, then you're kind of SOL.

Save yourself the trouble. Go to CLOUDS Vape in Denver. They have deals on stuff and know about their stuff. This dude's store is nice, but all the other cons...

I have shopped here for eight months and I will not be returning I have bought several items that they are not able to replace or no longer carry mostly for the e cigarettes but all these items I bought I was under the impression that they would be still available two months later they always have new stuff so that I can replace it but never anything I already bought plus the long haired guy behind the counter told me I probably need to take my business elsewhere because I brought this whole thing up I will be shopping at jungle...

I've had to visit Rusty's three times this week because my vape has been acting out, and I just love this place and the employees I've done business with.

Met Drew tonight when I finally broke down and decided to replace my tank and she was just wonderful to talk to. She helped me out a good bit tonight and I'm grateful for her help and knowledge.

I'm always gonna visit this place when I'm in town. So far I've seen nothing but smiles and kindness and good energy from the store and the employees.
