Fancy Nails — Local services in Commerce

First and last time I don't normally get my nails done but I was in desperate need of some maintenance so I went to Fancy Nails as a recommendation of a friend who has been going there for years. I went around 10:30 am. There wasn't a line and was seated right away with Helen. I asked for a basic mani/pedi. Everything was going good until they started getting customers and Helen began to rush. Before the color could dry she said I was done and began putting on my sandals. As she did it, the color smudged. I pointed it out and she "fixed it" by painted over it. She asked if that was it. I told her I guess since she's rushing me out but my hands also needed a touch up. I paid and still tipped her and left....

First time here. I had low hopes. Real low. I asked price. Said $13. I said great. The lady on the right side as you enter serviced me. I love that she wore gloves. Her foot soak was very low budget but I like my life grimy like that. So soak me up baby. cause this girl is on a bougie budget. Anyways...she cleaned my toes. So good I give her 5 stars. She was so sweet and extremely detailed. I will definitely go back to her. I will ask her for her name for ya and...

If I could do ZERO stars I would. This man used a grinder to take the gel polish off my nails and my beautiful thick nails are now trash. I had to cut them all off after paying for the manicure. To make things worse I went in to complain and he screams at me saying they were like that when i came in... I WORK CONSTRUCTION FOLKS THESE THIN NAILS WONT LAST A MINUTE OUT THERE!!! I will NEVER go here again and I'd recommend no one else does either!!! Totally unsatisfied...
