I want to start off by saying that they have some good birria BUT their customer service and the taxing on the food is one of the many reasons why this place makes me not want to come over here anymore. Today I went in with my mom to buy food and a waitress dropped a consume on the floor so they were trying to clean it up. Then some other waitress with blondish hair she’s an older lady but I’ve seen her before, she squeezes between my mother and some other lady and I told her to say “excuse me” because it’s already crowded and it’s the respectful thing to do ! She litterally ignored me as if I wasn’t talking to her.
My number was 195 and they started calling numbers from 188 and then as it got closer to my number they skipped me and they started giving orders for number 197,198,199? What’s the purpose of a number system if you skip numbers? This happens multiple times where numbers are mixed, it’s not fair for customers who come first get their orders before customers who were after.
Before I left I asked the lady who dropped the consume for CILANTRO and for another salsa because the small ass containers are NOT enough for my meal, I love their salsa which is why I asked for atleast one more. Anyways this lady gave me a bag with cilantro and onion mixed after I asked her I wanted ONLY cilantro because I don’t like onion. I’m not sure if she was just lazy but when I ask for cilantro they always get me just cilantro. These ladies need a lesson on customer service and be more communicative with customers because we are here buying food that keeps the business running. Read moreI really did love this place when they first brought out their lunch truck in commerce. But Since the first time I tried it until now, the food quality has gone down. Also I was in the commerce lounge about a month ago and I had a horrible customer service experience. I was there on a weekday and the wait was a little over 40 mins, which I never understood why the wait is so long since you guys are not making hand made tortillas with the Birria. I been to another Birrieria place and they make hand made tortillas and he wait is nothing compared to this place. The girls working in both lunch truck and lounge are very rude. That same day I was there I asked the cashier, a really young girl about 19 yrs old, about my Order and she told me “she’ll check for my order” and she didn’t she basically ignored me and another lady who was also upset about the wait, then I saw in the kitchen counter they had a lot of orders waiting to be given to customers and they were basically just wasting time, talking to each other and such. When I finally received my order it was cold. I’ll never go back to this place. And not only because of the wait and horrible customer service, I also once saw a lady in the lunch truck deny a customer his tacos because of some cents, I understand business is business but some human kindness and humbleness goes a long way. My mother helped out that man that day, because he was really hungry and had just gotten of work and didn’t have much cash on him. Read moreI had two bad experiences here. I went in as a customer one day, I ordered some food and when I received my food I was missing items. I went back to get the missing tacos I had ordered, and they got bothered because I asked for them. The female cashiers we're rude and unprofessional. Another day, I went in as an Uber eats employee, I walked up to the register and asked for the customer's order. They told me to hold on. I waited for 25 minutes. Another staff then asked me if I was waiting for something, I said yes and showed her the order name again. She then gets the food from under the cash register and gives it to me. The food was there the whole time. I wasted 25 minutes for nothing. To make matters worse, they have no social distancing in there. You have to walk past all of the customers that are eating and stand in line side by side to the customers that are eating.
