ESMOKE N CIGAR — Local services in Concord

Everything that can go wrong with a store, is wrong here. I've given them so many tries, and they fail on every front. First off, something I noticed right when the store opened a couple years ago, and that is the vape juice is all darker/brown. I mentioned it to an employee and they admitted it's because the owner stocked up prior to opening the store and it's all beyond expired. Secondly, I've bought a couple vapes here only because of location convenience, but their prices are higher than all other Concord stores. Lastly, today I purchased a 5 pack of coils and realized they were the wrong ones on the way home, turned around to go back. The employee said they couldn't refund, nor exchange. Wasted $20 on coils. I will never go back and I hope you do the same. I encourage local business owners, but this guy... Needs to quit business ownership because it's just......

I live in Bow and of course there are places that are closer, but it's worth it to me to go here. They have an exceptional selection of cigars from many different makers and the walk-in humidor keeps everything fresh. There are always great prices and deals to be had. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the place is always really clean and smells nice. I don't vape but it appears that the selection is HUGE, and i see something new every time I walk...
