Constantly Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

Really liked the food, portions were on the small side for the cost. Also I have a masculine voice, yet the person who took my order logged me as Justine. Not a huge deal, but it caused problems identifying me when I came in to pick up. I'll eat there again, but I'm not willing to give 5 stars at the moment.

Went in today for an order I called in. I asked for a chicken caesar salad, no croutons, no dressing. When I think chicken caesar I think parm cheese, romaine, croutons, chicken, and caesar dressing. So with my modifiers it should have been, no dressing, chicken, romaine and cheese. I also asked for chicken on the side. When I got there, they put the chicken on the salad, dressing attached to the container, pepperoncini, olives romaine and cheese. They waited until I was there after 20 minutes.... Yup for a salad, and quickly moved the chicken to it's own container. I also have never heard of a caesar with black olives and pepperoncini on it.... That's very weird. I had them correct it of course. The portions for the cost are pretty rediculous. $12 salad.... That doesn't even have half of the amount I would get at market basket for the same price. I'm sure they'll cry overhead, but every kitchen has overhead. I am not expecting them to compete with market basket, just didn't want to leave feeling screwed... Which I did. I haven't been there much, but I can say their food is really good, but they are extremely stingy with their portions.... Honestly why I normally don't go, too cheap. I won't...

I have always and I mean ALWAYS had good no Wait Great service from here. People think that the people who are serving them are suppose to know exactly what they want. And I'm sorry unless you tell them how and what you want for pizza they are unable to make it the way you want it. It's not your mother's kitchen. I'm sure if you spoke to your mother about her cooking the way you treat the people on the other side of the counter you would be shown the door. Unfortunately here they can't do this. Treat the employees here at Constantly the way you would want to be treated and act the way your parents raised you and show a little Respect. They are human and make mistakes exactly the way you have in the past as well. Don't be so quick to so critical. Saying excuse me but this is not what I had ordered instead of I DIDN'T ORDER THIS S*;:!!! and throw it back at them. Respect is given not just expected.

Think about this next time you go into another place to order food or need help from someone.

The penacook location has always been great but today they went above and beyond. We ordered two pepperoni pizzas. When the pizzas arrived, they were cheese. I called the restaurant to let them know just to give a heads up. I didn't want to complain especially with how difficult things have been over the past two years. After I joked with the manager that we just weren't plain cheese pizza people, he offered to replace the two pizzas and give us extra pepperoni for the two cheese we already received. He insisted as we have been a loyal customer for years. Give them your business. They really appreciate their loyal customers and their pizza is the best...
