Once again another Concord restaurant has let me down. This is based on the fact I went in 2.5 weeks ago and left after finding out they didn't have the bread I like (either one). The worker behind the counter just laughed out of saying I needed to come in earlier. This time the two workers were either new or just didn't want to be there. The young man who attempted to help me either couldn't hear me or couldn't remember for more than 5 second at a time as he asked me 2 or 3 times everytime we worked on a sandwich. I showed him my coupon at the start and he started building. Had to remind him I wanted no cheese on the wrap after telling him when he asked. At this point I could tell he was just going thru the motions and didn't care of I was there or not. Got to the vegetables..... No pickles, the hots had about a 1/2" in the pan and didn't look real appetizing and no black olives. Again I had to tell him several times what I wanted on each sandwich. Got to the register grabbed a medium cup and a bag of chips (as it was part of the deal) he have me the price.. rang my card up then after I was ready to go looked at me and said oh I didn't see the drink and chips that will be 4.26 or some thing close. When I asked why the sandwiches were over $10 in that case (6") since it was a BOGO he goes well that because of the footlong.... There was no footlong. Long story short after I told him to keep the sandwiches and refund my money I left. I know how tedious fast food can be as I did it when I was young but it seems this location runs out of things alot and the customer service leaves alot...

From the moment I walked in with my husband and sister at 6:40pm seeing that all the chairs were up they were clearly trying to close , Me thinking it was right before closing I apologized for bugging them . Maybe we’re here to bug you before closing was my exact words. No greeting , wasn’t even acknowledged. With no one in there but us We were still Left waiting for 5 mins then received one horrible comment after another. Old produce sitting out. You’re Manager/ cashier with dark hair clearly dislikes the public this much she’s clearly in the wrong business. She waits until I select what I want to tell me no ham, as I’m trying to find something else tells me not to lean on glass this was after picking a fight with my husband. I work in customer service and I have never treated a paying customer this poorly. To my surprise I look at the hours on the door and realize they weren’t closing for another 2+ hours! I know opinions are limited here in Boscawen but this lady and her service are the best reason to never want to walk into a Subway ever again. Read moreThis place is absolutely HORRIBLE. They have messed up my order SO many times... Always in the most hilariously ironic way. One time I order a BMT (ham, salami and pepperoni) and they give me nothing but bacon.... There's not even supposed to be bacon on there... Today, I order their new mozzarella sandwich. I get everything BUT the mozzarella. If they had called, I would have ordered something else. They have called before to tell me they were out of lettuce but don't call to say they're out of mozzarella for a sandwich centered around the mozzarella? I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Used to be a regular but this place has gone WAY down...
