I went for a showing to see these town homes and absolutely loved them, at the showing they said they had three available and to apply right away. I applied the next day and didn't hear back from Reginald until three weeks later saying he couldn't rent to me because his tenant decided to rent from him another year. Mind you, he told me he had 3 units available. If you'd like to rent from here, be ready to have the owners dick you around and ignore you! I currently live in another apartment and have for two years, have an above 700 credit score and steady income, there was no reason for them to turn me away after 3 weeks of ignoring me.
