Lowe's — Local services in Concord

After I attempted to get a 7 Piece Dewalt combo kit at Home Depot at a great price, I ordered a 5 piece Dewalt combo pack from Lowe's that was on sale. My order confirmation came in and said I could pick it up on a Monday a week and a day away. I went on that Tuesday and it was not in. I called on Wednesday and it was not in I called on Thursday not in on Friday it arrived. I went to counter they said it hadn't been paid for(I showed her the credit card info and she said it wasn't accepted and I said ok I have cash, she said she couldn't change the order to allow me to pay cash and then a mngr came over and worked on it scanning the item and then there was three more employees standing and giving there input and scanning the item. 15-20 minutes later ohh it was paid for and you can have it...
