This Dollar General store is an absolute disgrace, and it's time for corporate to take immediate action to rectify the situation. The store is in shambles as if it has been the victim of a violent attack. It's simply unacceptable that Dollar General would allow a store to be presented to the public in such a horrendous state.
Not only is the store visually appalling, but it also presents a significant public health risk. The store is littered with trash and rummaged products, creating an unsanitary environment that is hazardous to customers and employees alike. The lack of concern for basic cleanliness and sanitation is unacceptable for any business, let alone a retail store that caters to the general public. The disarray of the merchandise arrangement also presents a safety hazard, as it poses a risk of injury to customers and employees.
To make matters worse, the employee on duty was ill-equipped and untrained to handle my transaction. This lack of training is a clear indication that the store management has failed in their duty to properly equip their staff. It's a shame that Dollar General would allow their reputation to be tarnished by such neglectful management.
It's time for those in charge of this store to be held accountable for their lack of leadership. The owner, manager, and operator of this store should be immediately relieved of their duties. The store itself must be cleaned and stocked, and the employees are properly trained before being allowed to work.
Dollar General's failure to maintain proper standards is an affront to its customers. The company should be ashamed that they have allowed this store to be open to the public in its current condition. It's imperative that they take swift action to restore their reputation and representation. Until these necessary changes are made, I strongly advise against anyone shopping at this location.
If it were in my power, I would purchase this store, shut it down, and reopen it with the proper adjustments made. It's simply unacceptable that a company as large as Dollar General would allow such a terrible image to be displayed to the public. Let this serve as a warning to anyone who values their time and money: stay away from this store until the necessary improvements...
Read moreI just visited this location approx 10min ago. I was very disappointed in the cashier Brian. I felt absolutely excluded. I came in to purchase two bags of candy for $1 a piece and I was paying with my car change (2.06 was my total). I paid 2.10 in change which was 7 quarters, 3 dimes, and 1 nickel. There was a woman in front of me she paid for her items and Brian proceeded to circle her receipt and tell her about her changes to win some money, if she completedoesn't a survey. When it was my turn to check out I was greeted nicely, paid with my change, however when my receipt was given it was not circled and I was not told about the survey and chances to win. I don't want to say it was a race thing or maybe Brian doesn't like loose change. So, as I took my receipt I took a few steps towards the door turned back and said "here you go I don't need this since I wasn't told about the survey". Maybe he felt some who spent 2 bucks verses someone who spent 20 bucks doesn't deserve to have an opportunity to win some money. I only hope the guy behind got and chance to be informed of the survey and chances to win if he spent enough money according to Brian, but hey he was of the same race so maybe he was informed. Bad customer service to you Brian. Treat all customers fairly no matter what they spend or how they look....
Read moreThis place is my favorite store to go to when I just need a few items to grab quickly. It's very convenient, well organized, and the workers are very nice. Yet, here recently check out has been taking for ever. My family and I use the DG-Go app, but their scanner usually never works. You end up sitting there for longer than 5 minutes just waiting on them to find it, figure out it isn't working, reboot it, then use it all over again. I would let them scan each item individually, but when you use the DG-Go you pay for it before you check out. Other than the scanner, the store is...
