Romano Southern Grill — Restaurant in Port Wentworth

After driving all day, we ordered delivery with Romano Southern Grill. I called at 4:15 p.m. and place the order and was told 45 minutes. At 5:10 still no order. I called again and was told it would be there soon. At 5:30 I called again and was told 5 minutes. It finally arrived at 5:37 p.m. the pizza was warm not hot, the salad and desserts were good. The food was good but since the delivery person took so long to deliver it was not hot. So if you are eating there, should be good! First let me start by saying the customer service was great! I called in my order in and the young lady was very helpful. However I ordered two meals and only received one fork and no napkins. I ordered fried seafood that was soggy and a bit over seasoned the breading was wet and falling off. And the bean and rice I ordered was very cold. We had this food delivered to our hotel.
