I am completely disappointed in my food experience. Staff wasn’t to bad everyone was alert and greeted me upon entry and exit. Hence the 2 stars, I understand this is a quick fix for a bite to eat, but nonetheless if you are serving hot food that is cooked on premises it should be fresh no matter the time of day. I don’t recommend slacking at all, if so it should definitely not be during Lunch or Dinner hours. I ordered my food at 1:35pm they did not have a couple items I ordered so I settled for one item they did have (wedges) they were for my sister. She said they were ok at best. The chicken which did not look like what I had in my box through the glass was completely dried out and very old looking and tasting(which I did to make sure I wasn’t loosing it). Not to mention a piece was missing not upset about that part to say the least. For it went in the trash anyway. A waste of money and time, so if I return to this establishment it will not be for food items. First impression is a lasting one, so if you guys are going to have commercials to advertise your food be sure it delivers no matter the time of day. A very distasteful experience...

This place user to be managed very well. Now when you go in there you can't even tell who the manager on duty is. This was my back up spot when I was hungry after working late and other restaurants were closed. Half the time these days you go here they either say the kitchen is closed or it will be a twenty minute wait on the next batch of chicken. I understand it's hard to find reliable help in low wage jobs but you would think management would have more pride in a location that has to be making a lot of money for the company. I don't expect world class customer service in a gas station restaurant but wow you guys have to be able to do better than this. As far as I'm concerned the product and the prices are hard to beat. But if you end up standing around with a bunch of people half of whom aren't wearing a mask during a pandemic for half an hour it makes you wonder if it's really worth it. I read some of the replies to other comments so somebody obviously cares but if nothing changes the replies are words just...

I just wanted it to be known, Ketia is absolutely amazing! She saved my life and didn't even realize it. I drove my friends car to put gas in it and did not know how to start her car back up. I left my phone at home and started panicking as I just knew I was stranded. She had quite a few customers coming inside and still was attentive to me and them. I asked for a phone and without hesitation or seeming annoyed with everything going on, she was kind enough to lend me her phone (Did I mention it was late at night). I was able to call my phone to get in contact with my friend and she talked me through the way to turn her key. Thank you so much Ketia, you were truly a blessing that night.
