El Patron Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Forest Acres

I went there after seeing a friend's food. The first time I went and picked up my food a week later I went and dined in with my baby. One of the waiters never gave me an option for a high chair. Only gave me one napkin at a table with a baby.... But what really offended me is when it was time to leave I held up my debit card the lady came back with the card and a ticket, I looked at the total and wasnt sure if it meant I paid so I asked her and she indicated yes. I asked for to go trays she bought them and left them while seeing me struggle with the baby... So I ask for help and she puts the food in the plate. I leave and while im trying to calm .my crying baby I hear a tap on my window the waitress is saying you have to pay im like ok... Feeling confused then I give her my card again and a guy returns says you try to leave without paying I said NO! I tried to explain what happened he seemed like he didn't believe me I guess the English isnt...

I went to this restaurant with a a few friends wanting to have a good time, but it turned out to be my worst experience ever at a restaurant. We were sat at our table and once we sat down we were ready to order drinks. So the manager Israel became very agitated when he saw us without masks at our table when we were ready to order drinks. He stated to insult me and my friends, making sexist comments and mistreating us. We were appalled by this man’s behavior and felt very harassed by this man. I don’t know if it was that we were females trying to have a good time or what, but this person was above and beyond rude. We had to leave that place and go to a San Jose restaurant where we were respected and well treated. I will never go back to El Salto restaurant, and I don’t recommend anyone...

DONT GO HERE. My friend ordered the chicken quesadilla and it was a greasy, soggy, salty mess. She took a couple of bites and just couldn't stomach it anymore. She told the waitress that she wasnt enjoying her meal and the manager came over with a terrible attitude. Even more shocking than the poor presentation of food was the customer service. He didn't offer any type of solution and said that he couldnt do anything about it just because she didnt like the food. He said "this is how we make the food here and if you dont like it, go somewhere else". Just an overall terrible experience. We left paying full price for the meal even though she only ate a quarter of it. Chicken was dry and salty. Cheese was oily and hard/not melted, tortilla was soggy. Overall...
