10Box Cost Plus — Local services in Conway

Prices are ok and the store is somewhat ratty feeling. Definitely not a top notch grocery store... but I currently have a broken foot and desperately needed an electronic chair to move around in while I was there. When I first got there and walked in There were employees on all of the electronic chairs that were on the front row, and they were not in any rush to help me get to a chair even though it was obvious that that is what I needed to do. Eventually one of the employees gave me a chair and I got on and rode it about halfway through the store until it died. It made a loud beeping noise for about 5 minutes before an employee found me and asked me if I wanted him to bring me another chair. Of course I wanted him to bring me another chair I was in the middle of the store on a dead chair. He brought me another chair only for it to die about 10 minutes later. This time nobody came to the rescue and I had to walk through the rest of the store on my broken foot which has a boot on it and is obviously injured. I will not be returning...

Their "cost plus ten percent added at the register" pricing gimmick merely makes it harder to compare prices with other stores as you shop. Some prices end up being OK, some not so much. Probably it's overall cheaper than Harp's, but maybe just because it has more lower-value selections.

I used to prefer this store for Latino foods and some cuts of meat. Unfortunately the store's selections and cleanliness have declined since changing from Price Cutter. It now has fewer fresh vegetables and fruit than other stores its size. It no longer carries as many locally-baked items. When I visited recently I was greeted at the door by an unpleasant odor.

I don't think the store competes well with other stores lately except that it's closer to low income housing. With the adjacent shopping center development underway it will be a shame if they can't stay...

My wallet was stolen almost a year ago. I went straight to the help desk. That night everyone was extremely helpful. Police came we watched the footage. I showed them the woman that stole my wallet. However I went back the next day and the "manager" was useless. He refused to let me see the footage again. Wouldn't let me have a still shot to take to my boss (I work retail so my boss wanted to make sure we didn't have her as a customer), he made a remark "you shouldn't have had your wallet so accessible and we wouldn't be having this conversation" I have never had such horrendous...
