8 Day Tires — Local services in Conway

I always get tired from here in a pinch. I typically get decent tires. They offer a 30 days with receipt return. This day they were not busy at all, it was early and a bit chilly but sun was shining, I had a sick kid in the car. I didn't rush they guys, even had the rim I wanted new tire on in the trunk. It took them a while to get my tire on and ready. One guy tried to just shove it in my trunk but I wanted to take a peek cs I thought since it took long I must of got a real good used tire. I was wrong There was a sidewall plug patch job on a bald ass tire. I asked if this was all they had and he responded with, "that is $50 and you can bring it back if you have the receipt." I asked again if this tire was the only one in my size. His response was, cash or card?. Man I am disappointed..I live almost 35 miles away and don't frequent that side of town for barely nothing nowadays. I don't do much driving but none the less I put the tire on my car and it has a very noticeable wobble. Used to give these guys business and referred many many people to them, I would be too embarrassed to tell anyone to go to 8 day, they will hook you up. With another tire issue...

I’m a single women 67 yr old on social security. I feel soooo taken advantage of. I trusted them, boy was I stupid. I have purchased single tires from 8day many times in the past with lil problems, so I decided to purchased 4 new used tires at the end of December. Well what a nightmare this has become. I was told now that every tire is bad they are busting out from the inside. They have developed bumps all over, all 4 of them. Plus 2 have drywall also. I could understand 1 having a problem but all 4 I have a huge problem.I called to speak to a manager and the owners son answered and all he had to say, was hang up on me and block my number. Wow really Is there anyone out there...

I called ahead of time to make sure they had the right tires and could do them. Told them I would be there I couple of hours since I lived 45 mins away. They closed 3 hours early that day and didn’t bother to mention that when I called. I got there 20 mins before they wanted to close so they put my tires on in a hurry. Both tires are off balance! I called today for them to fix it 2 hours before there closing time and they won’t even answer the phone. I’m very upset that they were in such a hurry that they would put my family in danger. My tires are so off balance that we can’t drive over 55mph. Which means I have to pay some else to have them rebalanced so my husband can...
