Kotaro Hibachi CONWAY — Restaurant in Conway

I've never left a bad review of a place anywhere. And this one saddens me because my husband and I are here almost every week and loved their hibachi!! But tonight we ordered our usual, steak hibachi, and as I was putting it onto my plate I found a BUG in it!!! I was going to just have them remake the food and overlook it but what got me was when I called to report this issue the manager lady acted as if it was no big deal at all, stated "oh yeah it's a just a vegetable bug". .....😳umm, excuse me...I understand that Beatles make their way into fresh produce all the time but as a restaurant owner/chef it is their responsibility to take the necessary precautions to make sure those bugs NEVER make it into the customers food!! And definitely could've at least acted surprised or appalled or something other than "used to it". We were disappointed and disgusted to say the least by that point. They were very cooperative and understanding when I requested our money back. They do have great food, but I will not be eating...

I have had so many bad experiences trying to get hibachi and sushi here in Arkansas and Kotaro blows them out of the water. These are the best sushi rolls I've had in a very long time. They're fresh and rolled perfectly, not falling apart as soon as they're picked up. I added pictures of those but they were halfway gone by the time i remembered to snap a pic. They were gorgeous.

The hibachi came with lots of good veggies and the steak was cooked perfectly med rare when it's been overcooked at every other hibachi I've been to. The only thing I didn't just love was the gyoza but that's not because they were bad, they just weren't the best I've had. Not enough to doc a star. They were cooked perfectly, it just seemed like they were missing some flavor and didn't come with the traditional dipping sauce but some kind of...

It's sad to say I love this place and have been a loyal customer for many months now.. but as of today I will not be back.. I called in my order of 2 chicken rice and veggies had my boyfriend drive from vilonia to get it, he gets back home we open it and it was without chicken in both. I called and asked for the chicken.. he drove back to conway to get it for us and charged us $12 for it.. I get this all the time and with the chicken comes to be about 20 bucks. They charged me pretty much 30 bucks for their mess up plus all the gas it took to come back. When they should have a not charged for it and b charged the 4 bucks extra to make up for it because we didn't even get extra chicken it was as much that comes in the box...
