Went here often, not bc it’s the best donuts but rather it’s 1 mile from my house. Repeatedly I would put up w poor service but today I walked out and will never be back. There’s no logical place for a line to start inside so I was standing behind the only other person in the place when I walked in. There were 2 employees working: one on drive thru and one at the cash register. The lady at the drive thru happened to be the one to take the guys order who was already there when I arrived bc the other guy was in the back. As I’m waiting for the guy who ordered ahead of me to have his order filled 2 more people walked in and the guy worker immediately asked for their order. Annoying but it’s happened before here and I ignored it, because as I said, there is no logical place for a line to start so I assume I’m standing in the wrong place. He fills there order and checks out while the order directly ahead of me was still being filled (seemed to be a large DoorDash order). Male worker then asks the NEXT person who came in after me for their order so I politely stopped him and said “can you take my order next since I’ve been in the store longer?” And he pointed to the lady working the drive thru and went on with the customer he had just asked. I said louder “Why are you skipping me?!?” And he said “she will take your order” and I said again, “okay, why are YOU skipping me?” And he just stared at me confused??? How is this concept hard to grasp? You need to serve the customers in the order they come into your store. Donuts are decent (hard to mess up a donut though) but the customer service is awful. When the mom and son who used to run the store work, it’s great, but I haven’t seen them working in a long time. I will not ever be going back due to poor...
Read moreWe called ahead to see if anything had dairy in it and they said and I quote, “we don’t cook with dairy.” My husband then asked if their kolache had dairy and they said it didn’t. Our son is highly allergic to dairy. My husband brought home two kolaches and when bit into they were filled with cheese. My husband took them back stating we couldn’t eat these because they had cheese in them and asked for his money back. They wouldn’t give him his money back. So he got sausage biscuits instead they were going to make him pay for the biscuits until he said he wasn’t going to pay for them because we can’t eat the kolaches. We will not be going back there. I am convinced they just said it was dairy free to get us through...
