If I could give a negative rating I would! I have tried to rectify my issues with this company, but believe it or not, their website’s chat feature doesn’t work, no one has responded to my emails, and when you call, if someone answers, it sounds like someone’s house. Therefore, I have no other choice than to try to warn others about this sham of a business.
I ordered AND PAID for a sprinter van from MCO to Port Canaveral. The driver picked us up in a compact Hyundai sedan. I protested, but the driver insisted that he could comfortably take my 3-person party (2 people 6’ and taller) with 4 suitcases and 3 carry ons. He grabbed our suitcases started putting them in his trunk, and we were 100% not allowing him to leave with our bags!
I was FUMING!! I got into the car and openly apologized to my party for the mix up, promising it would be fixed for the return trip. I immediately got my phone and composed an email, requesting a phone call asap. Needless to say, no one EVER called or even emailed back.
I called the day before we needed to be picked up to confirm, and I was told there was no reservation—even with the confirmation code. I know I made it. Because we didn’t want to be left at port and miss our flight, I had to make (AND PAY FOR) another transport.
They have yet to respond to any messages, so this is my final recourse. I just hope this business is now on blast and that people think twice before doing...

The reviews seemed fair enough and the price was one of the lowest I'd seen so I decided to go with them. They called me twice before they picked me up which made me feel safe and looked after. The ride was smooth and quick enough in the shared shuttle. I have no complaints about the departure, however immediately after I purchased the ticket I realized I needed an earlier pickup time so I could get to seaworld earlier. I emailed them right after purchasing my ticket and requested an earlier pick up time. The responded pretty quickly and asked if 830 was ok. I told them I would prefer that time but they never responded so I emailed them again and they didn't respond. When I got on the shuttle I told them about my requested time change and the driver said to just call him when I arrived to see if he had extra space for me. So when I arrived at the terminal I called him but he said he would get me at my original scheduled time. It was a bit disappointing since they had first agreed to the time change but I got to sea world eventually, if slightly later than anticipated. The rest of the experience went fine.    Read moreThis is ok as far as getting to and from. If you encounter any kind of issue, that’s where you’re going to have trouble. I accidentally left my phone on the shuttle after being dropped off at the cruise terminal. Realized it not even 5 minutes after departing the shuttle and the driver was gone. Then tried to contact customer service and found out it’s through messaging only. I was fortunate enough to have some one at home be able to reach out for me as we were boarding. They(GoPort) then advised that if they found my phone they would reach out. One I returned back, I spoke to the representative at the airport whose response was “that sucks.” It just went downhill from there. Everyone I spoke with was rude and the two reps at the Orlando airport even said “well why did you leave it, you’re setting yourself up.” I’m just not sure how they haven’t been able to find a phone when we were the last to get off the shuttle and when this was pointed out, they immediately mentioned how their staff does not assume responsibility.
