I had the pleasure of visiting Beerlando for the first time, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a warehouse-style layout, the restaurant's unique atmosphere sets it apart from traditional cozy eateries. While not cozy in the conventional sense, the industrial-chic ambiance exudes a certain charm that adds to the overall appeal.
Upon entering, the cool and clean design immediately caught my eye. The spaciousness of the warehouse layout created an open and inviting environment. It's apparent that the establishment takes pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere.
What truly sets Beerlando apart is the beer. I only tried the hazy but it was excellent. The inclusion of ping-pong tables is alsp a stroke of genius, adding an element of playfulness that keeps patrons entertained throughout their visit. Whether you're a seasoned player or a novice, the tables create a lively and interactive setting, perfect for group outings or casual hangouts.
Of course, the highlight of any visit to Beerlando is the exceptional selection of craft beers. With a diverse range of flavors and styles, even the most discerning beer enthusiast is sure to find something to delight their palate. The knowledgeable staff is more than happy to assist in recommending pairings that complement the menu offerings.
In conclusion, Beerlando's non-traditional approach is a refreshing change of pace. The lack of cozy confines is replaced by an engaging, warehouse-inspired layout that feels cool and contemporary. With its spotless environment, ping-pong tables, and an impressive array of craft beers, Beerlando is a must-visit for those seeking a fun and memorable...
Read moreI want to clarify some detail to the owners response to the Marissa W review as the response from the owner is not being 100% truthful. We arrived at 4 (opening) and left at 5, it was not more than an hour nor was it the busiest time of day that others needed the room. We bought 3 beers during and planned to stay and hang out at the bar as a group after the meeting. Yes, ONE of our group did get involved towards the end and said he won't be back. He should not have said a word and I apologize for that. Most importantly what she has left out ofher response is that I spoke with TWO of her staff and got permission to use the room. I let her know I emailed with Markus and spoke on the phone with Alejandra. BOTH of whom said we can use the room at no charge. No mention of purchase during the hour. Unfortunately thats on her team. The intetenion may be that purchases are expected but since that was not explained to us the conversation should have ended with "ok, i will be sure my team gets more training. Sorry for the misunderstanding".
I hate that it went the way it did. We chose that location so everyone could see it as a potential venue we would rent for an annual event we host. I have been a regular patron for a year and even go to the location at pointe orlando. As I mentioned, we were planning to stay and hang out, and even my husband and friends were heading up to meet us as they got off work. I had to tell them to go to Bar Louie around the corner. I think mistakes and misunderstandings were made on both sides but I do believe if her approach had been less aggressive she would have had further business from us that night as well as...
Read moreWe have been to brewlando multiple times. The response to Blair’s comment is absolutely inaccurate. 1.) our children were not unsupervised. 2.) our children have behaved the same way the previous times we have gone and no one has said a word. In fact other families had their children doing the same things in the past 3.) the customers who shared concerns? Which ones? There were maybe 3 people other than us there who were sitting at the bar and were no where near our kids. 4.) your staff were not courteous. The woman who spoke to us was rude in tone and demeanor. Had she presented herself in a more friendly manner- these reviews may not have been necessary. 5.) the lies in the response are beyond ridiculous. Our children did run around- but they did not go behind the bar to where the equipment was. 6) lastly when we asked the name of the rude employee- who sat staring at us with her peers, she refused to give us her name. If you did nothing wrong- why lie?
My kid wasn’t on your stage and during my previous visits, he was and yet nothing was said. Again, your employee was rude in her delivery. We are not unreasonable people, but the way in which she told us was rude. You still aren’t taking accountability for your...
