It is so rare for me to leave a review but after visiting this establishment I was compelled to write one. This place is the BIGGEST scam EVER!! I wish I could give it negative stars. I brought my six year olds. I went to the front counter and for $25 each kid you only get to use the bounce house for one hour. So my kids have to walk past the play place and the obstacle course but they can't go on it cause it isn't included in the $25. This like dangling a carrot in front of a horse. So I have to get the $45 each child option so they are able to use everything. It does come with a $10 arcade card for each kid and socks. We already have socks so those were unnecessary. There are only about 5 arcade games. My kids wanted to play the two person games (they have two of them) so they could play together but on each game only one side worked but it still took our money off our cards as if we were playing both sides. Only one kid was able to play. So my kids were disappointed. Again my kids are six year olds and we have been to many play place businesses and typically I can just let them be free to have fun, even when they were younger. Play places are for parents to get a break and let the kids run around, have fun and be kids but not at this place. I had to follow them into everything because they weren't 10 years or older. Since I had to "supervise" them due to their age then I had to pay $25 for myself. So now I am out $123. Who has ever heard of this?!? Again I have to many play places and the parents are always free with purchase of a child. So to supervise them the attendants tell me I have to crawl after them in a kid play place. I am a grown adult and I have to climb in these tunnels and slides and whatnot. I am not a big person and it was difficult for me so I couldn't imagine if you were a bigger person. Also there were kids that looked younger than mine in there without parents but I was told I have to be in there with them. Is this place a pick and choose type of establishment? I have to rent a locker for another $5 to store my purse since they are forcing me to climb after the kids. Then the kids are hungry so I got them Mac and Cheese, which looked like kraft Mac and cheese from the box, and a ham and cheese sandwich. I waited 25 minutes for this. I asked for a water cup cause they have a fountain machine. The attendants said they don't have water in a cup. I then asked if I could just have a cup so I could fill it up at the at the water fountain. They looked at me like I asked for a $100 and they said we can't just give you a cup. So they basically force you to purchase an overpriced drink or nothing at all. I just had my kids keep getting up to go to the water fountain when they were thirsty. Absolutely ridiculous. After we ate we go to the bounce house area so the kids can bounce around and go down the inflatable slides. When we get into the bounce area the DJ is announcing a kids birthday and the birthday party guests are gathered in the middle to sing their friend the happy birthday song. We go around them and head to the slide but are stopped by the attendant saying my kids can't go on the slides because they need to join the birthday party for the birthday song. I told the attendant we are not part of the group. She said we still need to join them and my kids are not allowed to play on the inflatables. I told her again that we are not part of that group. She then tells me the birthday song will be quick. So my kids have to stand with people they don't know for five to ten minutes and sing a birthday song to a kid they don't even know! My kids should be able to jump on anything they want at anytime for the amount of money I had to pay to get into this place. This place is insane and I am just so mind blown over our experience. Save your money and go to Monkey Joe's, Kidiverse or even a fast food restaurant that offers a play place. I am so disappointed that the owner and managers think this is the way to run a business. They need to reevaluate the way they operate. We will never...
Read moreAs a very involved parent of activities with kids, I must emphatically advise against patronizing this poorly managed establishment. While the initial impression may have been positive, with polite staff at the front counter, the subsequent experience was nothing short of alarming and deeply concerning from both a safety and customer service perspective.
I recently took five of my children to this facility, assuming it would be a safe and enjoyable environment for them. However, my expectations were quickly shattered. After signing waivers, which I believed were for the safety and well-being of my children, I proceeded to the back end of the jump house, wearing regular socks, simply to supervise my children—a parental duty that any responsible adult would expect to perform. Despite the fact that there were no more than ten people present, including my five children, I was approached by a staff member who insisted I leave the arena.
I calmly explained my position: that I was there solely to ensure my children’s safety in an enclosed, inflatable arena where visibility is limited. I was not on or in any of the jumping areas; I was merely standing at the farthest point back, not disturbing anyone. In response, I was informed that, according to their policy, adults without arena socks could not remain in the arena, even to watch their own children. This directive is not only unreasonable but also puts children at risk, as demonstrated when my daughter came to me shortly after, distressed that she had been repeatedly stepped on with no intervention from the staff.
My request to speak with the manager yielded no better outcome. I was told that I had to leave or face trespassing charges. When I attempted to comply by purchasing socks—solely for the purpose of continuing to watch my children—I was informed that I must purchase a full day pass. This, despite the fact that I had no intention of using the facilities beyond ensuring my children’s safety.
The manager’s refusal to sell me just the socks, coupled with his insistence that I leave despite my willingness to comply with the rules he said which was to have arena socks, reflects a gross lack of customer care and a concerning disregard for the safety of children under their care. What’s more, the manager’s failure to notify me of alternative options, such as monitoring from outside via video screens—information I only discovered later—further exemplifies the poor communication and management at this facility.
In what can only be described as an egregious overreaction, the manager then escalated the situation by calling the police, who arrived under the mistaken belief that I was attempting to gain free access to the arena. It was only after the police officer listened to my account that clarity was brought to the situation—my sole concern was the safety of my children, who were in an unsupervised environment where staff response to potential injuries was alarmingly delayed.
This experience has made it abundantly clear that this establishment is not equipped to handle the responsibilities that come with providing a safe environment for children. If you are a parent who values being present and vigilant over your children’s well-being, I strongly advise you to avoid this venue. The lack of adequate supervision, poor communication, and an overly aggressive stance on enforcing illogical policies not only compromise the safety of the children but also create an unnecessarily hostile environment for responsible parents. Not to forget to mention that they have at least one employee there at a station that speaks no English so how can they even communicate a danger issue to kids who speak no Spanish?
In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility to any parent. The risk to your children’s safety and the potential for confrontations with poorly trained staff are simply too great. Your children deserve better,...
Read moreDear Owner,
I am writing to follow up on and clarify my previous communication regarding the incident that occurred last weekend.
I appreciate your response to the issue of poor management. Let me be clear—there was no trespassing involved and irresponsible for you to say for a customer who paid nearly $100 and did not.ask for a refund. I informed the responding police officer that I had paid for five children to attend the facility. At no point was I informed that my presence, or that of my children, was not permitted. The situation was unnecessarily escalated by incompetent management and staff. This was a straightforward matter that should have been easily resolved. For reference, please review the BBB complaint filed by another regular customer concerning the mismanagement at your establishment. At no time was there anyone available to inform me that standing in the back to supervise my children was against any rules. I was not in any of the jumping areas, and as any reasonable person would agree, I was simply ensuring the safety of my children because you know there is no way to see them from the outside. The manager directed me to obtain arena socks, which I attempted to purchase. However, the front desk staff refused to sell me just the socks, despite my explaining the manager's directive. I returned to the arena after a young staff member, who did not speak English, indicated it was acceptable. When the manager returned, he suddenly insisted that I also needed a ticket, which had not been mentioned before. Despite this abrupt change, I agreed to leave and began to gather my children. We exited the arena area within three minutes. By the time the police arrived, my children were at the playground. I explained the situation to the officer and noted that we were preparing to leave, as the other areas outside the arena were of no interest to my children. Given the circumstances, it is evident that the management's failure to handle this situation appropriately places your business at significant legal risk. The lack of responsible oversight within the arena, compounded by poor management decisions, is a direct threat to the safety of the children under your care.
As a fellow business owner, I advise you to take immediate action to address these serious concerns. Should this negligence continue, it is only a matter of time before you face legal repercussions. I urge you to invest in competent management and leadership to mitigate these risks and ensure the safety and satisfaction of your...
