The Mobile Home Store — Local services in Conway

If I could give this place a 1/2 of a star or less I would. They are RUDE!! I ordered a door it was to be in the following week, no one called to tell me it was back ordered. Called the following week to check on my order it was still back ordered now I paid for this door over 3 weeks ago. The person that answered the phone got short with me and very rudely said it should be here next week if you don’t want to wait for it to come in you can bring your receipt in and we’ll give you your money back. I said I had paid for the damn door and I just wanted to get my door. He told me not to cuss at him and again if I didn’t want to wait bring in my receipt he’d give me my money back he had called the manufacturer and the door should be in next week and he hung up on me. I made the decision over the weekend to get my money back and go elsewhere for a door. When I went to get my money back there was no apology there was no customer service of any kind. So think twice before you shop here because they really don’t care about you. I went and got my door right down the road and it was the same door that I had ordered from you guys and had waited for that never came in for 3 and 1/2 weeks. Even got it installed the same day. I would recommend this store for any of your mobile home needs. I went in looking for a specific back door and they did not have one in stock so the fellow there got on the phone with the company and was able to get me the door I wanted. They asked for no deposit down. Nothing when the door came in they called me like they said they would. I went down the next morning and picked it up paid for the door took care all that and he gave me the stripping for it and all new screws. No extra charge. The people there are very friendly knowledgeable and they get what you’re looking for. Hell of a nice guy. Pulled in the parking lot about 1 pm on a Saturday as he was pulling out. He turn around opened the store back up for me to make a small purchase.
