Tonight 7/3/24 me and my family ordered 60$ worth of food. I ordered a chili cheese burger and it came out with mustard on it. It does not say that on the menu and I do not like mustard. I asked if they can just give me a new bun and chili. 30 minutes goes by and I ask where the burger is and she said sorry apparently there is a wait. 20 more minutes goes by and my kids wanted ice cream so I spent 20$ more dollars and orderd ice cream. Still no burger. In total an hour goes by and I say can I please have my money back for the burger because I never received it. The young girl at the register asked the cook for help because she didn’t know how to do it and I hear him shouting in the back “I MAKE THE BURGERS IN ORDER “ the problem I have with that statement is everyone around me was ordering burgers and received theirs. I never asked for a new burger because I didn’t want to wait. I simply asked for new buns and chili. I’ve never ordered food before from anywhere and never received it until today. The cook was being very spiteful and it was completely unnecessary since I was being nice and didn’t ask him to remake it. 80$ spent with my family in total and it took us 45 minutes from our home in the country to get there and I had to eat fries and ice cream. I don’t get to go often. A friend/coworker suggested I go there one day a while back when I was craving a good burger and onion rings (hard to find for some reason) but needed to be quick. The burgers are outstanding and so are the onion rings but today, I was craving chili. I called ahead to see if they served it. (if not, it was going to be Wendy’s) 🫤 sure enough, they serve chili! A coworker picked it up for me and brought it back to the office. I have to say the flavor was sooo on point! The serving size was perfect, and it came with the most tasty square of cornbread ever! If I had to say anything negative at all, it would simply be I would love to see more larger chunks of meat and maybe less beans? But I’ll be honest, I liked it so much I grabbed a second bowl on my way home from work and threw some extra ground beef in it when I got home. This place is a JOKE! Went through drive through and ordered a banana split and a large twist in a cup with jimmys. First off, they had no idea what jimmys were. So after finally explaining they are “sprinkles” she got it. Finally get to the window because there were 4 cars ahead of us, she says it’s $14.83 so we paid with debit card. She hands me the B-Split and the whipped cream was completely melted because she pulled it out of the ice cream case. Then she hands me a twist on a cone with barely any jimmys on it. I explain to her I asked for a cup. She turns around, grabs a cup and smashes the ice cream in it and hands it to me and shut the window.
