0-5 stars. To put simply. Just skip this place and save yourself the headache, the insults, and the wasted time. We purchased several appliances from this business to put in our condo. The problem was the washing machine. First, he showed up with the wrong machine. Not the machine we purchased. Second, he announced his presence by yelling and cussing in the parking lot presumably because the condo is on the second floor. He then so angered the man that was supposed to be helping him by his attitude and actions that the man walked off the job on the spot. Next, while trying to bring the machine up, he dropped it. After it was finally placed and installed, he left and, not surprisingly, the machine did not function properly. We had to fight with him to get him to come back and correct the problem. We told him we would just like a refund, and we would get another machine, to which he responded, âgood luckâ. He was very angry that it was, apparently his âday offâ. Even though he owns the business. Thinking our only course of action was to dispute the credit card charge for a non-working machine, that is what we did. Finally, he refunded the money for the washing machine (minus the restocking fee â which was understandable). At that time, we dropped the disputed credit card charges. Several days later, once he noticed the disputed charges had been resolved, he then removed the credit for the washing machine. A machine he is still in possession of OR has unfortunately sold to some other poor soul. Here are some of the finest examples of this businessâs âcustomer serviceâ:
When we offered to help him maneuver the machine into place upon first delivery his response wasâŚâŚâdo you have an engineering degree, and have you been to school to do this?â
When initially made aware that the machine he delivered after dropping it down the stairs was not working properly, his first response wasâŚ. âWell, what did you do to it?â
When we requested that he just come get the machine and give us a refund his response wasâŚ..âgood luckâ.
When he did finally agree to come and get the machine, and we asked if he could estimate when he would arrive so we could make sure we were there, his response wasâŚ..âItâs not pizza, man, I donât knowâ.
When he found out that we did in fact dispute the credit card charge he saidâŚ..âunbelievable, I was half-asleep when I was dealing with your crapâ.
Should you see no alternative than doing business here, I recommend you check the functionality of all merchandise while the delivery person is on site. Secondly, be prepared to dispute credit card charges when something goes wrong. Finally, if you have an option to have a male deal with him rather than a female, you would be better off. Heâs a bully and the majority of the negative reviews are from females that he, apparently thinks he can run over. But as mentioned in the beginning. Just donât do business...

Three words for the owner to take into consideration: Anger, Management, Classes. The owner of Furniture Appliances Outlet is fit for neither management, nor human interaction. A quick breakdown of the scenario; we looked at a stackable washer/dryer machine, agreed on it, he then brought a different machine, dropped it coming up the stairs, screamed and cursed his whole way up, was incredibly rude when bringing it inside, tracked paint across our new floor, and left without another word. I asked if I could help him move it inside, to which he rudely asked if I had taken physics and engineering classes like he had; he didnât want my help. The machine he had brought was completely banged up, and when trying to run a load, it shook violently and was incredibly loud. The next day, we called him to ask what he could do about this, to which he immediately started blaming us. He said we pressured him into bringing it when he did, and asked what we had done to break it. When we asked for him to take it away and for a refund, he promptly said âGood Luck,â and hung up. After a second call, he agreed to come out the next day and look at it, before abruptly hanging up again. The next day was exactly what we couldâve expected. He again blamed us for the issues with the machine, before saying that it didnât have issues at all, (make it make sense?) and practically yelling at us that we were in the wrong. He finally agreed to take it and refund the money, which he did, before immediately PULLING BACK the refund and trying to take the machine, and the money he agreed to refund. All of this brings me to one conclusion: the owner of Furniture Appliances Outlet is not of this planet. Here on Earth, we have certain expectations about how we do business and how we treat people; rules that he seems unfamiliar with. At every turn, he couldâve made the experience better, made up for the way that the situation had gone. Wisdom was chasing, but he was faster. Instead, he doubled down on each bad decision, digging for himself a deeper hole, and practically writing this review himself. It also has not escaped us that most of his other poor reviews are predominantly from women. Do with that information what you will. If you find yourself if the Myrtle Beach, Conway area of South Carolina, please, if you care about your bank account, or simply donât want to be ridiculed and blamed for things that arenât your fault, do not do...
Read morePURE SCAMMERS!!! I purchased a washer & dryer from this location & the exact same night it was delivered I began to have issues. I contacted them only to be informed that someone will come out the next day. When I texted to confirmed I was ignored and the same happened when I called. After several hours of the texting & finally informing that since it's raining someone would come the next day, which again they didnt. On this day I texted again and after a few, which explained i will be contacting the police i was informed that I'm "hell" but still no one came to fix or pick up the set (via text I expressed I am no longer interested). Today, I went to the location where I was met by an older man who was "helpful" until i explained my situation. At that time he would not give me the name of the company nor the owner, which I believe he was. He went on to tell me the owner wouldn't be in until later. He then attempted to say how the company name was on the trucks in the back, but he didnt know what it was since they go by many (red flag), he didnt recognize the number of the employee I was communicating with, etc. When I explained that I mainly needed an address to file a report at the magistrate office, he disappeared inside. These people are lowlives who can't do anything better than scam people out of money but are too p%%%y to own up to what they do when confronted! I'm sure the ONE positive review came from the scammers or a family member because when entering the address they WERE listed as another company with...
