HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Unsanitary and not accommodating.

First time coming into the store for gifts for my friend's 21st today and grabbed the Lollicock dildo as well as another item. Made my way to the counter and while standing there I ask the associate, Ashley, if they accept card (first time in a store like this) and without eye contact and barely volume she gives me a "Yeah..". I then stand there against the counter for 2 minutes waiting for her to actually acknowledge me so I can checkout. I make my purchase, leave, hand the gift over and friend opens it. As she's opening it we notice the 2 small pieces of tape keeping it from being pulled opened are dirty. We find it strange until we fully pry the packaging open to find FINGERPRINTS , dust and three little white HAIRS on it. It was my purchase so I call IMMEDIATELY. I get Ashley on the phone and explain some of the situation. The first thing that comes out of her mouth is "We don't do returns or exchanges , so..." . I continue to explain the fingerprints and she tells me that they just tape it so that no one will steal it but don't open them. With how the box is set up (indented with cardboard behind) there's absolutely no way there could be dust in there other than it being opened. I say this and Ashley tells me "Either way they need to be cleaned before and after use and that it's the manufacturer thats the issue."

First of all, gross . Just ...gross. Second, that's not how you handle a situation with a customer especially with this type of situation. I wasn't offered anything for this, not speak to the manager, credit, or anything . Point? Don't go...

Bryce was the BEST and MOST HELPFUL associate I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He welcomed my friend and I as soon as we walked into the store and asked if we were looking for anything specific; when we told him we were just browsing, he said he would be available if we needed any assistance. I remembered something my friend and I had seen in a video and asked my friend if she knew what it was, but she did not. Bryce stated that if I could tell him what it did that he could find it for us, and he did exactly that. His encyclopedic knowledge of the products and useful suggestions were greatly appreciated.

If you’ve never been to an adult store, my suggestion is to visit this particular location. Bring your sense of playful adventure and maybe even let your freak flag fly. You might be surprised at the things you learn about yourself and your partner. It’s the ideal time to share your fantasies, your desires and add some spice to your love life. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Get your partner and drive directly to this Starship

2. Peruse the toys, games, videos, magazines, assorted oils, lubes, vape and CBD supplies

3. Ask for Bryce and speak freely when sharing your likes, dislikes, interests, questions and concerns. If you share the necessary information, I assure you that he will not steer you wrong.

If I could give zero stars I would, but fortunately for them I have to give one to be able to post this review. They are very unprofessional in this establishment, so much so they are very provocative with there male employees and from my knowledge on business they're shouldn't be relations in the work place, so if that isn't a major red flag I don't know what is. Not only are they rude to customers they are also highly rude to their employees. I don't even understand how this place is still in business, they've needed to shut this particular one down for years! The general manager is a real piece of work, she needs to take a course on how to approach people as well as see a counselor for anger management and bipolar issues. I'm assuming these issues come from her being an older lady and not being able to handle things properly like most senior citizens which I guess is understandable being she is older. However it is highly inappropriate so whoever is over this establishment needs to make some changes or I don't see this place being open much longer. Hope to see changes soon, have a...
