I have bought some used washer and dryer, which was not good, in fact the dryer made so much noise, he had to come and swap it out, it's still making a lot of noise. When I first went there, he was nice and professional. However this last time going in and buying some furniture for my children, he did not honor his delivery date, I know in life things happen, and he claimed he had a family emergency, however I kept calling with no answer, finally I got him after like a week, then his delivery guy's showed up and delivered half the furniture, I called the store and he sent them back to deliver the chairs for my dining room set. But never delivered my son's chest of drawer, after calling for a few days with no answer, I finally got him on the phone and he had the audacity to tell me, his delivery guy's told him I said he did bad business and I'm going to put him on blast on my YouTube channel. I don't care what I told his delivery guy's whom I gave 65 dollar tip for delivering half my furniture, your business practice is unprofessional, no customer should have to chase you down and leave you multiple messages with no call back, where they do that at? I told him today just refund me my money back, at this point, I don't even want the damn chest of drawer. He lost a good customer who would have sent a lot of business his way, you don't treat paying customers like that, I don't care how reasonable his prices are, I would rather go somewhere else, pay more and be treated with the common courtesy, than deal with...

Ive have spent over 7k with this business in the last 2 yrs, and recently had the worst experience after I purchase over 2k worth of goods and when I asked to be refefunded for merchandise that I did not get after almost a month, the owner kept giving me a run around and also had a very bad attitude and did not want to issue me a refund. I expressed that I was a returning customer who had spent of 7k in less 2 yrs and I've never once asked to be refunded but he was very rude and had no empathy and was very unprofessional in how he handle my issue. I also discovered that they over priced me on a damaged item that i purchased at a price that was $200 more than the cost of a brand new item, but that is on me for being the fool. The pricess are not fair in comparison to other stores selling damaged goods. I would not recommend anyone to support a business that has shady business practices and does not value thier customers. I found this place by using Internet looking for Great ratings places near me. When we got to the store, we spoke with Jacob, who was very professional, took his time to explain several sets we were interested in. We finally went with a new LG washer and dryer. We scheduled for delivery three days later and promptly they arrived. The washer worked just fine however The dryer started but cut off. When this happen, our sales person Jacob went beyond a call of duty he followup and helped us until we resolve the problem After troubleshooting for a couple more days.
