I got two orders of their loaded Philly fries on Postmates and I don't even have words for how disappointed I was after the first forkful. Why is there some kind of SWEET sauce drizzled across this? At first I thought it was a mistake so I checked the other box and, nope, that one had this sauce too. It tastes like some sort of teriyaki or sweet & sour sauce and it makes no sense to (1) add this to a Philly cheesesteak dish (2) not inform customers about this completely random addition. This business doesn't seem to have a real website, only an Instagram, but even the pictures of the menu that other customers have posted here make no mention of this sauce. I see a couple of other reviews here that mention it too, which means the owner (if they're running their business well) knows customers are not happy with it and continues to add it to dishes without updating their menus to inform people. I've seen the owner's reply to other reviews, so let me make this clear: adding such non-standard items to your dishes, not informing your customers beforehand, and not updating your menus opens you up to liability issues in a way you absolutely do not want to deal with. This is dangerous, you are withholding potential allergen information and you are leaving a trail of proof showing that you knew about the problem and did nothing to rectify it. Anyone with a half-decent lawyer could make a big problem for you very easily. Update your menus on all platforms NOW, give a real description of your dishes (do not use AI) and offer a "no sauce" option.

Visited here after someone suggested it from a Facebook group. Decided to take my fiancé after showing her the photos on their instagram page. Ordered 2 Philly cheese steaks, 2 orders of fries and 12 wings, 6 honey hot and 6 honey garlic. The phillys were ok. I enjoyed the flavor the meat just was a little finely chopped for me. The texture was too close to ground beef. The wings were a nice size. The honey hot wings were ok but the flavor of the honey garlic wings tasted like they tossed the wings in the honey hot sauce and added garlic seasoning to it. The Honey garlic wings had a kick to it like there was some type of hot sauce in it. Then the fries, which was easily the worst thing on the menu, seemed to have been marinated in oil, heated up, and sent on their way. Unseasoned and all. They were soggy with oil that I thought the potato had drowned before they served it. There are other things on the menu that I saw on instagram that looked promising. As of right now though I’m not sure of trying them. Oh yeah…my math could be a tad bit off but why does the menu say $1 a wing, yet 6 wings come up to $8.50 ? 6x1=8.50 ??🤔 The math ain’t mathing.

The reviews are deceiving. I won't be returning as this is the worst Philly cheese steak flavor I have ever had and hell no it is not authentic. Who the hell puts sweet sauce on their Philly's. If you are going to add sweet sauce ask the customer if they want it. I never even heard of sweet sauce on it but it totally ruined the flavor. I had to drown it in ketchup. Thankfully I got the loaded fries, but the cheese they use was that prepackaged finely shredded cheese you buy in the store that didn't even taste good. The meat was in small fine pieces most likely to stretch the meat out. The only flavor you can taste is the sweet sauce. Definitely not worth the price of $15 for cheap products. I ate a fry that was not covered and it tasted good at least but not worth going back for.

I just don't know where to start I was not going to write a review but it keeps popping up on my Google so here it goes the philly is not good it is drowned in sauce that's sweet and spicy with more spicy than sweet. The light skinned lady that was working the front and cooking has the nastiest attitude and demeanor while I waited I noticed kids in the back of the kitchen which I know is a health violation someone should really report them. the inside is hot I guess the air wasn't on or working that day the salmon philly taste like great value frozen salmon and is not worth the price they put that damn sauce on everything I wish they had asked me if I wanted the sauce be ause I would have said no oh don't let me forget the God awful kool aid mixed drinks omg the worst my 6 yr old can make better kool aid. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to even try it your better off going to American deli there philly taste better than this. PERSONAL I DONT KNOW YOU ON A PERSONAL LEVEL I DIDNT KNOW YOU WERE AN OWNER BUT WHAT I DO KNOW THE 1 TIME I CAME THERE YOUR ATTITUDE AND DEMEANOR WAS UNWELCOMING HOW CAN YOU GET UPSET AND GO BACK AND FORTH WITH ME BECAUSE I DIDNT LIKE THE FOOD YOU CAN'T MAKE ME SAY I LIKE SOMETHING THAT I DON'T YOU ARE DELUSIONAL AND TO SAY I HAVE HATE IN MY HEART BECAUSE I DONT LIKE THE FOOD HONEY PLEASE I HATE NO ONE HATE IS A SIN AND ITS ONE I DON'T COMMIT IF THE SAUCE MAKES THE FOOD TASTE AWFUL THEN IT JUST DOES BUTS ITS FUNNY YOU RESPOND TO ME BUT NOT THE OTHER PEOPLE SAYING THEY DONT LIKE THE SAUCE. YOU HAVE A BLESSED ONE AND GROW UP AND TAKE CRITICISM WITH A GRAIN OF SALT YOUNG LADY! OH I FORGOT TO MENTION I HAVE 2 SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSES SWEET HEART WITH EMPLOYEES. SO IF YOU KNEW BETTER MAYBE YOU WILL DO BETTER SO...

Today me and my Husband went to support a Black business and was so disappointed. We walked in and heard someone say hello but couldn't see her because she was sitting down. We walked over to place our order during this time I'm making my tiktok video to rate the place. The rude cashier Dym is rushing us to order. At this time it wasn't nobody in the building. We start ordering and ask for a juice that was on the menu. She tells us look their and that's all we have with a very nasty tone. At this time my Husband would like to dine in but her attitude was so nasty I tell him we will take it home because customer service is bad. While waiting on our food she's walking around saying little things in the dining room and I let that slide. She calls us up to get out food and my Husband gets the food and she's still saying stuff. I walk to the door and she comes cleaning up the table still talking. At this time I ask her who is she talking to and she jumps up like a little kids asking am I mad. This is the reason most people don't support Black businesses because of attitudes from employees. As working with mental health people. I make sure to watch how I speak to people because you never know what someone is dealing with. This business has lost a great customer. I will never spend another dollar in this place and my food was wrong and fries were over cooked. I'll stay support businesses with good customer service. I did make a tiktok and I hope it helps...
