This is the Sonic on Highway 20 in Conyers Georgia. I have been trying to reach someone for 5 days. I called their so-called customer service number that takes me out of the United States which I have no problem with except for the fact that out of the five times I called three times the reception was terrible one time the reception was terrible and the very nice girl that was speaking to me told me that no one was going to be calling me back, that they had given it to the store level and I should have already received a phone call. Will I haven't received a phone call and its 5 days later and when I called the store as I did the very first day when it happened it was as if someone had taken it off the hook because it rang busy the entire next 3 hours. I even called the store on 138 that I know is owned by the same person from what I was told and there was no manager there and the employee answered the phone said they weren't allowed to give out any information. The sad thing is that I am a repeat customer at this store and because I guess, I am a one-trick Pony and pretty much order the same thing every time and have never been disappointed, it makes it that much worse because I haven't gotten anyone to handle my problem and now I am going to go to Facebook and everywhere else that I can write a review with a vengeance. I'm so dang sick of everybody wanting our money but customer service sucks as well as some of the merchandise unfortunately. There are far too many places to eat at now that giving up Sonic won't kill anyone. However it might not do so well for the bottom dollar of the owner. I was actually getting food for a 1 1/2 hour drive and ended up having to stop somewhere else which happened to be Subway which happened to be very good and I should have gone there to begin with. I usually do not run on so very long but I'm a very angry customer due to the multiple phone calls I've had to make with no satisfaction and knowing that really cares. Read moreThis is a terrible location that I will be avoiding. I understand being busy but you should not leave a customer waiting for food for almost an hour. I watch the drive clear out when it was backed up and at least 7 cars park and leaving with food while I waited for my order. They brought drinks out and ran payment at 827pm. We order and All American hotdog with no onions combo with onion rings and a number one with no cheese and mott sticks 4 count. Had to ask the server where the food was at 915 pm. They brought us the wrong food. The bag had two burger and two tots and tons of ranch and a plain hot dog. Had to knock on door and ask for food and inform the girl that wasn't our order. Requested if food wasn't ready to please refund meals so we could go somewhere else. Waited additions time for them to bring out another bag of food. Had everything order except the hotdog. She went back in and brought out a hotdog that had to be the same one I just sent back and just had more toppings added. This time I was told they had been waiting on onion rings. It does not take an hour for food at Sonic. The onions rings were cold. The burger was cold. The hold dog was like warm and bread was stale. The motts stick cheese was solidify against the container, so needless to say cold too. This was a terrible experience. It would have been better to just have my meal refunded then to rush out a poorly prepared order that was wrong multiple times. The poor server girl was trying so hard too I felt bad for her. Read moreDO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. Service is terrible. Ordered our food and 10 minutes later an employee walks out to our window and asks if we ordered. When we tell her yes, she asks what it was. When we tell her, she makes a face like a mistake had been made then walks away without acknowledging us further. Meanwhile, another lady pulls up to a stall near us in a car filled with kids and walks in to the kitchen. We assume she is an employee, and stays inside for about 10 mins then walks back out with her arms full of milkshakes. Not sure how much that pushed the drive thru line back but they appeared to have to wait a long time for food as well. We waited a total of 30 minutes for 2 meals. We tried to cancel our order and ask for a refund but no one would answer when we pushed the button. When an employee finally came outside to give someone else there order my wife had to flag her down to ask if we could just get a refund so we could leave but we were informed our food would be out in just a minute. Thankfully it did come out, though the food was mediocre at best. I dont know what is going on at this location but the staff needs training on customer service and food preparation. I wouldn't mind a wait if my expectations had been set from the beginning. Also if a mistake had been made that delayed my ordered, acknowledgement of that and a promise to make it right would have made this situation a lot better.
