What a truly effortless and enjoyable experience. Everyone we dealt with at HOM was so helpful and kind. I enjoyed working with Tanya scheduling the project. She was prompt in responding and always calm. I knew that she had our best interests in mind. Our 1st part of the project was installing hardwood floors on our stairs and master bedroom. Wade and his crew showed up every day and attended to every last detail. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and livable. The wood looks fantastic. There was a bow in our wall on our stairs (pre-existing problem) that took extra close attention to detail. They spent several hours making the outcome look perfect. What a wonderful team. We highly recommend Wade's work.

The next part of our project was installing the carpet in the bedrooms and a runner on the stairs. The crew scheduled for project never showed up. I contacted Tanya and she was able to get a second team in here 2 days later to do the work. We had all of our furnishings removed from the 2 bedrooms, all stored in our living room waiting for the new carpet. Had the second team not showed up- we would not have been able to celebrate Christmas around our tree. All of the boxes were piled in our living room!

C.J. came in and saved the day. He and his crew installed our carpet in a blizzard. I was so concerned about the installers being able to get home safely- C.J. refused to leave until the project was finished. He wanted to make sure we were able to enjoy our holiday, with all of our boxes back in the bedrooms. What dedication. I am sure it took him well over 3 hours to get home. All he wanted was for us to be happy. What a truly wonderful man.

HOM has the best selection we found and the installation was unbelievable. These guys were fast and courteous. Even funny sometimes. The workman ship was far and above anything I think other installers do, or myself and it would have taken me weeks to do what these guys did in 3 days.
