Purchased an X series luxury office chair from them and I had an amazing experience. They were knowledgeable, patient & best of all, kind. Ended up going with the Ferrari of chairs, but when sitting in a chair for 10 hours plus a day in a work at home setting it’s well worth the money to get yourself what your body NEEDS. X series chairs are by no means cheap and not affordable to the everyday consumer, but if you can spring for the extra money your back and body will thank you! If you can’t, they also have some great middle of the road options as well. It was a one shop stop for all price ranges.
The experience was EXTREMELY pleasant. They had lowest bottom dollar price on this luxury chair and I got the experience of trying it for myself. Had I not actually sat in the chair physically, I would have been appalled by the notion that someone would spend that much on a chair. After sitting in it, my mind was very quickly changed about why some chairs are so pricey. They also were kind enough to assemble the chair for me because the box wouldn’t fit in my car. They were so caring about my luxury leather seats that they actually wrapped the chair in a movers blanket and told me they didn’t want my seats to get scratched at all so I could simply keep it.
I was shocked by the customer service going so far above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. Will be buying all of my important furniture need items here. No better place to go! If you’re looking for a new chair don’t just go on Amazon as returns are a HUGE headache for even smaller expensive items. Go to the store and get the perfect fit for you. Read moreI stopped in while spending quality time with my nephew. Mainly wanted to see what kind if deals we could find. DeAnn was working up the bargain shop and she was fantastic! We were welcomed upon walking in Andres about our day and then asked about our shopping preference! That last part was huge “do you guys like to shop on your own? Or would you like me to show you around?” We said we would like to look on our own and she let us know she was available for question's. After a while she stopped back to simply check in and did not hover, again fantastic. When she saw we had a piece of artwork in our hands she stopped by again and asked if she could take it to the counter until we were ready. She continued to do this as we found additional items and politely complimented each of our treasures. It has been a long time since I was able to receive this level of customer service. As in most of the market whether it be restaurants, retailers or auto centers there is either A. Rude disinterested employees or B. Overly attentive seemingly desperate and pushy employees. DeAnn has the sweet spot. Welcoming , attentive without overstepping and knowledgeable on sales and ongoings in the store to include her referral to their cookie shop downstairs. Read moreHom Furniture needs to work on their customer service. I tried to place an online order using store credit to pay for it and there was no place to put to the number. I called the help number on the screen and placed an order with Selina Polillo. I never received a sales email. I waited a few hours and called back. She once again tried to send me an email to no avail so she sent me a screen shot of the order. After a few days I was worried about my order so I had to figure out what the invoice number was on the screen shot in order to do a search on HOM's website to confirm that my order was going to be delivered to their St. Cloud store. I never received any notification as to the order being ready to pick up or where to pick it up at the store. I went to the St. Cloud store on February 16th, 2024 to pick up my order which luckily it was there. On February 17th, 2024 I received an email from Selina stating that she was going to be keeping an eye on the order and there was a link to track it. A little late don't you think.
