Embassy Lakes Shopping Center — Local services in Cooper City

This used to be a pretty nice strip mall and it has fallen on hard times. Lost its anchor supermarket (Winn-Dixie) and several other stores (eg drug store). It just can't seem to get it together, and I'm not sure why not since it is in a great location. I think access is a problem with only one kind of cramped entrance on Hiatus and poor signage about what is in there. Lots of empty spaces. Needs better access off Sheridan and better signs. The only part that seems full is the part closest to Hiatus at one end where you can see...

Grew up near here on Palm Avenue and Sheridan Street in the 90's.My parents still live close by, so we are here often for the bank,dollar store and to pump gas.I remember when this plaza was full of stores and restaurants and busy with people.Kind of sad to see what it has become since covid,only a handful of stores remain and it looks like a ghost town.But the stores that are still open meet our needs and we do visit a few...

Not many good popular store in plaza other than dollar tree and Tuesday morning. Dead plaza. Bogart's American kitchen is amazing open for breakfast lunch and dinner. They need to start fixing up the old winn dixie, its suppose to be luckys but who knows how long that will take. Plaza lost alot of customers due to that. Parking is a lake when it rains...
