Birchwood Nursing & Rehabilitation — Local services in Cooper

Not sure how this nursing home gets good reviews the patients are neglected, they are way understaffed and the employees are literally there just to collect a pay check. I know a few employees and they have nothing good to say about this place. They blame people for hurting the patients, the head people could careless about your family member. This is is a wonderful facility with a very caring, patient and friendly staff. They keep the building very clean also. It feels like a community and as if we are all family.
