The Little Chef — Restaurant in Cooper

The owner Elias is a heartwarming person to chat with and is very patriotic. He was closing up for the day and fired everything back up just so I could eat. I found this lil place on the way back from Coctaw casino in Grant. The burger I had was prepared just right and tasty and the fries piping hot and done to my preference. Won't even step foot in the place because every interaction with the owner outside of it has been super weird and hostile.
