I absolutely adore this little shop it is full of unique trinkets and treasures that make you never want to leave, I haven't been there since I was a kid and recently I broke an abalone shown that my mother purchased their several years ago and I inherited it after she passed away but I was heartbroken about the shell because we burn sage in them so I called Kinnee's gift shop and talked to Kayla and she very politely took down my information because I inquiring if perhaps maybe they could ship me one because that is originally where my mom purchased hers that had got broken the next day Arleen send me a text message and said she would be more than happy to less than a business week later I received the most beautiful shell in the mail wrapped perfectly and she even put a bundle of sage in there for me it brought tears to my eyes thank you so much Kayla and Arleen!!!! The people at the shop definitely will go the extra mile and the extra extra mile for their customers!!! Not to mention their great prices for the wonderful treasures that are lifelong from personal experience...

Nice little gift shop. Lots of variety of items here. Prices are decent. Only thing that I wasn't thrilled with, I wasn't offered any tissue paper for my glass item. Instead the glass item was placed in a bag, then my 2 metal items kinda thrown into the bag on top of the glass item, as you can hear them clinging together. When I asked if they had any tissue paper, it seemed I got meet with a little attitude. Then instead of offering to help me wrap the glass item, I was just handed the tissue. Good customer service would have gotten the tissue paper without me asking for it and helping wrap my items and not throwing my items into a...

My experience was a 50/50. I didn't appreciate the rude comment about the status about my relationship and how rude and closed minded she was. Also when we first walked in she wanted to see my baby but not my 2 year old when I said something she was trying really hard to be kind to my son. Also she wouldnt stop watching us when we were there even though every item I wanted i put up at the register i felt targeted and I wouldnt reccomend this place at all over priced and rude customer serivce.
