Ty still maintains focus and pushes me during my workouts. I always try to do light weight workouts because I’m afraid of hurting myself. I remember an instance where I was doing 30 pound dumbbell chest presses and Ty told me to grab the 65s. I thought no way, but he asked me to trust him. I have been a regular client and gym member for over 3 years now and that is coming from someone who NEVER exercised!!!
