I like the store, but the employee seemed put out to help me. I was purchasing a dab e-rig. Had a few questions but was told flatly, " I don't know. We don't mess with any of that stuff." Gee..judgy much? For something prescribed? The stigma attached are some of biggest problems cannabis/CBD users face. I'm 53 years old. I really am too embarrassed to go back. The very last place I expected it.
I worked in a glass shop 4 years before moving here AND been looking for work. It's disappointing to have someone with her attitude on your staff representing your business. She asked if I needed anything else, I mentioned papers. She said, "Oh, you can get in line for that." Snarky. Again.
There would be zero second chances if we talked to even the most difficult customer in such a manner.
In the parking lot while looking for A different smoke shop, I saw her leaving About fifteen minutes later. Guess she was just ready to go.
Found what I was looking for elsewhere. Sad, the place was recommended. Again, they have a great deal of products for the area. My 3 stars goes for the store itself.
