KFC — Restaurant in Corinth

My husband and I travel over an hour round trip nearly every week to eat at this kfc because it's normally fantastic. I came back to update my review because it's been awhile. Last Friday 11/8/24 we made a mobile order as always and were headed back home to eat. We got half way home and hubby told me to check the bag because it felt lighter than normal. I did. We had ordered the 8 pc family meal. Well our 2 big sides weren't in the bag. We turned around and went rt back and told them. They were rude about it. We did not make the mistake...kfc did. After we had turned around and went back, they were rude about it but did give us the 2 family sides we had ordered and paid for. When we got everything out to eat our dinner finally, for our 8 pieces family pack, we had 2 breast, 2 thighs, and 4 WINGS!! GEES that's not what we ordered and paid for. My husband only eats the drumsticks.. So we didn't go back but I feel we got a bad deal being half of our 8 pc chicken were all wings which we don't eat. Lately that's happened several times. They don't let us know they are out of drumsticks and put in wings which we do not eat. So I really missed our weekly kfc. Kfc get it right. Let your customer know if you don't have the pieces they order because it's a problem also if you make a mistake and forget your customers 2 large sides....don't make your customer feel bad for coming back and getting what they paid for! I would like to return and give you another try because your chicken is great.customer service needs improvement badly tho. When you order an 8 pc family meal.. it shouldn't be 4 pcs chicken, 4wings and NO SIDES! Also we ordered original and you put part crispy n that's happened alot recently...... AND we SHOULD NOT feel bad about turning around and going back to get our 2 large sides that...

Everyone loves KFC, until they can't get their KFC. Was there last night to pick up my online order. Of course there was a long line of "last minute" folks. All was good til 9pm when the place closed. The lights were shut off (first hint) yet people remained in line. As they systematically went to the drive up, only to be told they close at 9. Let the yelling, fussing, cursing begin! The manager was gracious and patient. Huge Kudos to her. My favorite part, when those who were turned away drove slowly by glaring at those of us getting our chicken. Overall the food was fine. Occasionally ya just want something that isn't healthy but just good. Staff was very friendly and polite....

WONDERFUL! After constant bad customer service and poor quality food at our local KFC restaurants, we stopped dining all together at KFC. And that was 15 years ago.

So we decided to give this location a try and we’re definitely glad we did. They were amazing. Friendly staff that seemed to know exactly what their duties and tasks were and executed them perfectly. The place was busy but they were cool under pressure.
